Placed an online order and every sub was completely wrong. Never place an online order and expect it to be right. To not get one right is crazy. I’ll definitely stick to substation II.

Well, the food was good. But the atmosphere was off and negative energy filled the place due to the young lady working yesterday around lunch time. Walk in and she starts using the worst profanity I’ve heard in some time. It wasn’t the young lady running the cash register. This will detour me from coming back anytime soon. Someone needs to get this place back too it’s former glory. Me nor my family will return. Until changes are made.

This subway is great! I made a call in order and everything was exactly how I ordered it. If I’m not mistaking the lady’s name is Lisa, she was wonderful! I had several subs I needed and she was a trooper! I work in the food industry and we definitely need more people like her

Awesome! One of the last locations in my area still serving my chopped salad. It was so fresh and delicious as always, but especially savored every bite because it’s almost extinct. Did find chopper online though so can do my own.

Sub had a funny taste to it. I’m not sure what it was. Atmosphere was kinda edgy. Employees acted like it was more of a problem to get our food. I would definitely skip this place if I were back in that area.

This is my subway and with a town as small as Hartsville somehow 3 of these franchises are here. The food is what it is it’s OK, not like most of us don’t know what to expect with a Subway sandwich. Small store clean, but where this store shows out is the team. The workers at this location get a small tip from me every time I can or even an encouraging word because they listen, chit chat, and most of all respect the customer. I am giving this location 5 stars Tito.Tv approves!
