If I could give 0 stars I would. They started off nice, greeted me and everything when I came through the door. I ordered 2 soft tacos, a Cantina Chicken Quesadilla with extra chicken and extra cheese, and a strawberry refreschka (whatever that new drink they have is called and spelled) I was catching the bus so I tasted my drink there it tasted like straight water and strawberries! No flavor, no nothing just plain. I asked her to swap it out and she gave me a small cup! Huh??? I had to ask for a large cup that drink is almost $4!!! Then I get home and open my food as you can see from the pics below EXTRA CHICKEN AND CHEESE WHERE????!!! And they charge and extra $2.75-$2.96 for that! Imagine how pissed I am to not be able to just drive back up there and give them this mess back! I called but no one answered the phone so here I am warning ppl don’t eat during the morning I guess cuz any other time I’ve got one from up there it was the afternoon and so on point! I paid almost $10 for a flat quesadilla that was dry also dry as heck with no sauce!!!

So I just picked up a replacement order and it was amazing. Everything was fresh and just how I imagine it would taste. It was delicious.
Reason why I gave four stars because the other night when I place my order it was not as I ordered and things were missing. Not only that but my burrito was very soupy. So you can imagine what that meant for the tortilla.
But I am thankful for the team that was working this morning I went inside and was promptly greeted. The restaurant was clean and everyone was busy working.
Thank you all for a great meal and a good start to my day.

They gave me the oldest fries they had in the store for my nacho fries. They were cold, hard and some how soaked with grease.

It took 25 minutes for my family and I (3 people) to receive our food. We didn’t get one of our drinks, and I waited 10 minutes at the front desk and got nothing but cold stares. I was never asked why I was there or if anything was wrong.
This was my first time at this location, and it will likely be my last. Brand new facility, and it looks nice, but the staff and slow service make it irritating.

Place is a joke. Placed my order, pulled up to the window just to be sent inside to wait another 30 minutes. Mind you I am the only customer here, and only ordered 3 burritos. The employees just take their sweet time, not even considering your own!!! Will never go to this location again!!

Do not go here unless you have UNLIMITED TIME. if you are doing literally anything with your time or hold your time to any value dont come to this location. They take all the time in the world and it seems to have adequate staff with 3 or more people in the building at all times. And they somehow they manage to take over 20 minutes for basic value menu items. Mind you this is not my first time at taco belle and won’t be my last. My fantasy loves this place but for it to eat my.entire break just to have 3 items? Come on. I’m not sure what is wrong with this location but it is ridiculous how long basic items take here.
