So I’m a truck driver I use Papa John’s quite often. They’re one of the few places that will deliver to a business where you deliver at or pick up at for truck drivers. Marissa, who works at this location is Probably the best manager I’ve ever dealt with when I order food out. Order two pizzas for me in about three other drivers and a 2 L Papa John’s failed to say that it was gonna be delivered by DoorDash. They also failed to say that the DoorDash delivery person didn’t handle any cash. I don’t carry plastic when I drive on the road for the simple reason I don’t wanna lose my card and I don’t like my card getting hacked. Papa John’s really needs to fix this feature. This is the first time I’ve ever had to deal with this and I must say that it is a very big inconvenience, but thanks to the manager Marissa that works at this location helped me out and got me straightened out and has taken care of my delivery questions and needs. thank you again …….. Ok today is 02/09/2026 at 9:59 pm I placed a delivery order with PAPA John’s the Hebren locat i have placed my order. We’re no problem. I told the phone operator to have the deliverer. Call me as soon as they’re outside. How come at 11:00 pm I get a call from Papa John’s. I’m thinking my food is outside. Of, the business location that I ordered at so when I answered the phone I thought my piece of was outside. No, it’s the salesperson that papa john’s telling me.Oh they don’t have delivery drivers on monday and I guess doorDash was going to deliver my order. What I don’t understand is what pizza place don’t have delivery drivers on mondays.What pizza place don’t have delivery drivers every day of the week.Why did not one person communicate with me?Like, hey, we don’t have a driver, so you might not get your order.Then, want to call me and give me a thirty dollar credit.Do you know the thirty dollar credit?Do not help me eat right now.I’m at the warehouse running my company which is a janitorial company.Trying to provide my employees a dinner and cannot even do that this is crazy I don’t know 1 pizza place that don’t have delivery drivers everyday that their open.

This is the closest store to my home. Its always a 10. Today is no different. Today I witnessed Jacob killing it. His manager was busy doing manager things and this guy was all by himself. That didn’t stop him. I watch this guy dance around the kitchen like it was his home.
My food was perfect despite him having the responsibility of multiple people. Give that guy more money for sure!

We’ve ordered Papa Johns from both Hebron and Lawrenceburg IN. Hebron always does a terrible job. We paid for extra cheese and barely got any cheese at all. Prices are getting ridiculous and quality keeps going down. What a shame!

Ordered an epic stuffed crust pizza and spent more money. Was given a pizza that was anything but epic. Wasted my money for a plain pepperoni pizza. Still tasted good, but the crust was disappointing as was spending extra money for something that I didn’t receive. Was really looking forward to it.

I just ordered for delivery. Pizza came but the peppers I ordered did not. I called the restaurant and that part of my order had not come through and I wasn’t charged for it. However, Monica was super nice and sent them out for us! Wonderful customer service and it wasn’t the restaurants fault at all. My son will now eat his dinner (he only eats pizza with peppers) and you have a customer for life!
