What a trip so my sandwich tasted normal, but I asked for a side of sweet onion teriyaki sauce. He didn’t give it to me. Not to mention when I entered the store he made me wait because he was watching the game on his phone, he also continued to watch the phone as he checked me out and handed me my bag with my food. They were out of ice so I had to pay the extra couple cents for the bottle drink. The other gentleman was outside in gold chains and a purple Scully talking to a woman in a car as if he was on free time. I just feel like there’s a time and place for everything. I cannot come back to this Subway. I’ll do you guys that favor.

I always stop over this location to buy my Subways, everything is nice, Jerry is excellent helping the customers. Jerry and his excellent service is a reason I come back to this location.

Gotta be the worst subway I’ve ever been to. Employees just constantly walking in and out of the shop, they’re always out of something and I’m waiting over an hour because they ran out of wheat bread of all things. Absolutely awful, will never be back here.

I ordered two subs on line for 11:35am pick up.I had requested oil and vinegar packets on the side.
When I got there, one girl was making subs for people, and the other girl was putting butter on the pretzel dough and talking to a male friend who was sitting against the wall.
I stood there for a few seconds.She looked at me twice, never acknowledged my presence and continued talking to her friend.
Finally, she turned around and said, can I help you or do you need anything. Either way, I felt like I was bothering her and was not welcomed. No hello and no thank you.
When I got home, both sandwiches weren’t even cut
and there were no packets of oil and vinegar.
Though I frequent this location often, this is the last time I come here. Seriously.Thinking of switching to Jersey Mike’s. They welcome their customers.

I’m eating bread and for 30$ I’m very disappointed I paid for extra tuna and this is definitely not even normal tuna my subway I go to never done me like this before on us1 what a joke they take advantage of online orders because your not there this is the third time I let it go the first time but 3 times this is a joke everything is skimped

Jeff and few of the new employees offer friendly service and make great subs. There’s one African American dude though that’s always rude and makes the subs sloppy. Had to go to a different location a few time because I refused to have him make my sub. If you don’t like the job you’re doing why even bother to work there. Treat your customers right and make a clean sub or work somewhere else. Simple.

This is by far the worst subway I have ever been to. 2 visits on a Sunday and their is a heavy set employee always very rude and is horrible at making sandwiches. Also the 2x I been there, the gohbtain machine only have diet and when I asked Capt rude if they had regular he just shrugged his soldier, I will definitely not be coming back to this subways again, I’ll go to the one on 31st. Sheeesh

The food is always good when I order at this place. My review is in reference to the mobile ordering. Customer beware, if you place a mobile order and your phone number is outside of Florida they will not place your order until after you come to the location. Even if you get the confirmation that your order is being made. This happened to me 4 times and all for 4 times were at this location. The manager on site, always the same person, lies and say “we called the number but it didn’t go through”. The number is my direct cell number and my cell always rings. She is blatantly lying! She assumes because my number is not from Florida so instead of taking 5 seconds to call and verify the order she does not nothing and waits until you walk into the store. Any other subway that I make a mobil order with never gives me this problem. Either they simply make the order or they call and confirm. Lying is the fastest way to lose customers. I am reporting this store to corporate.

Employees seemed as they dont like their job. If you ask them to correct their sloppy job they give you a stink face. They aggressively wrap the sub and don’t offer napkins.
