What a fantastic experience!! We were welcomed warmly and had wonderful service from Hakim. The menu choices were vast, including small bites and skinny options. All meals were delicious. Needless to say the cheesecake was amazing. This is our first time at The Cheesecake Factory and we can’t wait to come back. Well done! A really well run restaurant.

I ordered the Chicken Katsu Teriyaki and a chicken pasta with cream sauce. The Chicken Katsu was flavorful and cooked well. The crust was good and crispy, but it was falling off from the chicken a little. Other than that, it tasted really good. The chicken pasta was creamy, rich, and very satisfying.
Overall, I enjoyed my meal and would definitely come back again.

After a long time, I was really looking forward to visiting The Cheesecake Factory again during my trip from London. I was warmly welcomed and seated quickly, which was great. However, the food service timing was quite unusual — the bread and butter arrived after my main course, not before. The chicken coating was very hard, and when I asked for extra Parmesan to improve the pasta, it took so long that I had already lost my appetite. I decided to stop eating and just pay the bill. The cheesecake is, of course, still excellent. For locals living nearby this may not be a big issue, but as someone visiting from London, it was disappointing. I hope this feedback is helpful.

I really enjoyed eating at this location of cheesecake factory. I was by myself and wanted something quick to eat so I decided to sit up at the bar. I ordered a club sandwich with no tomato and a sangria. The sandwich was delicious. The turkey was so juicy and fresh. The bacon was thick and crispy and the mayo tasted great as well on the sandwich. The sangria was also very good not too tart, but not too sweet. The restaurant was very nice inside. It looked very clean and was taken care of. The man at the bar was very kind and friendly and everything together in a timely manner For lunch. Afterwards I went and bought a individual cheesecake for my family to share. At the checkout counter, the girls were very kind and friendly and helped me get everything together.

I went to the Cheesecake Factory for lunch and truly enjoyed myself! Bert was my server he was very friendly, informative, and attentive! Everything I had was freshly made and extremely delicious! I enjoyed the Ultimate Margarita! The chicken & biscuit appetizer was mouthwatering! And the chicken pasta da Vinci with shrimp added was amazing! I overly enjoyed the atmosphere and interior decor! My pineapple upside down cheesecake was very fresh and delicious! I will be returning for lunch again very soon!

I went on the Sunday after Christmas day with my aunt and cousins. It was quite crowded. In fact, we had a 40-minutes wait before we could be seated at a table, which was understandable. We actually waited an hour because my aunt didn’t see they had sent a message to her phone and they had pronounced her name wrong when calling for her. We got complementary wheat and sourdough bread while deciding what to order. The warm wheat bread with butter was amazing but the sourdough was tough,although two of my cousins (there were five of us in total) seemed to like it. The bread was so good (and because we were so hungry due to the long wait), we asked for seconds and got it. After placing our orders, we had to wait about 30 minutes to receive our meals, which was not very long. I ordered the Teriyaki salmon bowl, which was reasonably good but the food itself seemed a bit small. One of my cousins ordered the fried chicken strips from the kiddies menu but she did not enjoy it. She gave each of us a piece to taste and it was indeed lacking flavor. Only about two strips was left on the plate so the waitress said they could not replace it. As for dessert, I had the Godiva chocolate cheesecake, which was recommended by our main waitress. It was the highlight of the meal and probably the best chocolate cheesecake I have ever had. Overall, the service was good and the atmosphere was okay considering the crowd. The main course wasn’t all that but it was palatable. I would probably go again to try something else as the menu has a variety of dishes.

A waitress came almost immediately and asked if we would like to start with drinks – took quite a while until they arrived and then we ordered something to eat – again took forever for the food to arrive.
The place was very busy so maybe that caused the delay. The food is very tasty.

The orange cauliflower bowl was delicious. I definitely would have it again. I do appreciate the manager coming out and asking how my food was and giving me some other vegetarian options to try. I also ordered the Asian cucumber salad, which is one of my favorites as an appetizer.

As always, the Cheesecake Factory does not disappoint. This one is inside the Mall of Millennia in Orlando. We weren’t very hungry so ordering light or small was what we wanted. My hubby got the chicken & biscuit with gravy while I got the ricotta cheese toast with orange sauce. I normally don’t care for oranges, but this was absolutely wonderful, tasty, and refreshing. The orange taste was not overpowering and didn’t have actual orange slices on it like I thought, which made it fantastic. The prices were comparable to other similar restaurants, as always. The waitress was on top of it attending to our every need without having to be called out. The facility was clean, well kept & maintained. We didn’t have to wait for a table & was seated right away which normally is not the case every time I’ve ever been to one.
