I did like the old Caribou Coffee that was not sitting out in the open like it is now, but had a store front. It does not have a cozy atmosphere. The baristas do not always seem as professional, but I have never had the experience that some have had. Hopefully they were fired or got major retaining. What I have ordered has been fine. Not the best I have had but not the worse either.

Hard to rate because my drinks were great in flavor but both times I went there i had to keep running (the best I could) to the bathroom. The staff was friendly and curious. This is a mall kiosk so no real atmosphere

This is the second time at Apache Mall Caribou Coffee I have gotten Coffee and it is COOL not HOT as it is at other Caribou locations. I think I will have to buy Coffee at another Caribou Location. Kara is the BEST ! Always going above and beyond to make sure my order is correct and that I always receive it correct from her store! All the other stores in Rochester seem to not know how to make this drink that is on the menu , and make it wrong in different ways every time but Kara always makes sure I get it right! That’s why I take my time to go to the mall location just to have her help because when my coffee is wrong , it really sucks 🙁

I ordered a blue raspberry energy drink and a cookies and cream. I only got one of my drinks after waiting for 20 minutes asked about my second drink and they finally made it. Worst customer service ever. Not a single worker asked if we needed anything after we stood there waiting for our drinks.

Overall, a really general experience! The Caribou is situated in the midst of the mall, which does take away it’s comfortable atmosphere, however they still have the tables and chairs, it’s a great place if you’re on the go getting coffee, or tea with your friends! Sitting down for a while and chatting away while you wait for your coffee.
The staff is extremely straightforward for getting what you want. Even on extremely busy days, they do their best to fulfill getting your drink and do their best to uphold their services. Mistake drinks are bound to happen, and the staff is more than willing to remake your drink if necessary. I would just say organisation would be the thing for them to focus on, since they seem overwhelmed on those busy days!
The coffee is your usual when it comes to any Caribou! No complaints in those regards! Overall good experiences!
