I have mixed feelings about the nachos. The chips were store bought. The cheese sauce clearly came out of a can or a bag. The beef was smoky, tender, juicy, and flavorful. If the cheese and chips had been better quality, the nachos would have been incredible. As it was, once the beef was gone, the rest was trash. I have a great and easy recipe for queso if anybody from the restaurant reads this.

Molka-GT is our favorite! Coming from Phoenix where authentic Mexican food abounds, this is some of the most authentic Mexican food we’ve found in North Carolina, and it’s DELICIOUS.
Molka-gt catered our church’s Christmas party and we had people complimenting the food all night. We ordered the birria and carnitas as our mains. It was very scrumptious, affordable, and the owners were amazing to work with.

Always friendly and helpful when ordering. I usually have the brillia tacos but today I had the chicken torta (sandwich). My wife had the brillia quesadia. Bottom line is everything I have tried is excellent and fresh. Plenty of parking and a couple of picnic table under tent to eat on.
