Absolutely HORRIFIC experience with this location this morning. Warning to everyone don’t touch the reusable cups they have on display because if you accidentally drop one they will demand you pay for it. The store itself is bland with 0 seating and looks like they opened in a rush. Owners are rude with 0 customer service or retail experience. Starbucks is right down the hall in Macys go there instead
