Somebody recommended this restaurant to me and I came to check it out. They served some hot bread with olive oil infused with minced garlic before I ordered. I had the fried calamari and seafood combo. The fried calamari was ok. I had to season it from the seasoning off the plate. The seafood combo came out hot and decent. The dishes are reasonably priced.

The Veal Piccata tasted great but there were only two small pieces of veal. The focaccia was supposed to be made with homemade breads but was made on dinner rolls. I guess it could be homemade dinner rolls but that doesn’t make much sense. Definitely won’t get food from here again.

My husband and I decided to give this place a try in celebration of our last week in San Angelo. We were the only customers present the whole time! Perhaps this was because we came at an odd time, but I was nervous that it would be bad because of the lack of customers. I was very pleasantly surprised to enjoy the whole experience. The server was super nice. The food was very good and had a fair price. More people need to eat here and give them business!

Our first time here and the food was delicious & you get a lot for the price. Definitely will go back to try the other dishes.

Fresh garlic rolls, amazing shrimp alfredo, great prices. Our waitress was the only one up front working 5 tables, and she was awesome!

Absolutely amazing and fresh made food. Nothing here is frozen. Our appetizer of stuffed mushrooms came in a boat of fresh Alfredo sauce (though we also could have chosen marinara), and we received 3 large fresh mushrooms with an original and handmade stuffing. I ordered the Shrimp Scampi, and my wife had the Cannelonni. Both dishes arrived, piping hot and extremely flavorful. A local couple had recommended this restaurant but warned us that the outside appearance might scare us away as it is kind of a “hole in the wall” look to it. Once inside, however, you find a warm and inviting interior that truly expressed comfort food. That is exactly what they delivered. Excellent service from the greeting all the way through to our departure. We also received garlic bread knots and garlic dipping sauce while we looked over the menu. We were so very happy to have been told of this hidden gem.

Appetizers where awesome, garlic oil bread dip is the best thing I have had in a long time. My picky kids cleaned their plates. The Alfredo sauce is the best. Service was good despite not having enough employees. Food was great. Price was very reasonable, I have paid twice as much for food that was half as good.

Our first time trying this place and it did not disappoint! The food was absolutely delicious! And the overall bang for our buck was well worth it! Their location may be old, but for those of us who grew up knowing it as La Casa Blanca, nostalgia takes us back in time. My family and I will definitely be eating here again!
