Absolutely love this place! If you’re craving hibachi-style meals, this Japanese restaurant is hands down one of the best in the area. The steak was cooked perfectly—tender, flavorful, and just the right amount of seasoning. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing something to go, the service is always quick and friendly. I ordered take out this time and it was still hot and fresh by the time I got home. Definitely my go-to spot for amazing Asian food. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming here for a few months now, and have had a wonderful experience every single time. Everything I’ve tried on the menu has been beyond delicious, and the staff is always very friendly. Hibachi V Express has definitely solidified itself as my favorite restaurant in the Littleton area!

I ordered the hibachi chicken and beef for take out, and it was packed with flavor, perfectly grilled, and super tender. The steak was juicy and cooked just right. This place delivers top-notch quality. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. If you’re craving hibachi or just looking for a solid Asian place. this is the spot. Definitely coming back for more!

Really delicious. Surprisingly good. Pricey not in line with other hibachi places. Atmosphere is ho hum but that’s not why to come here. Excellent veggies, cooked perfectly. The meat isn’t bland like at many places, seems comparable in quality to fancier hibachi places
Main complaint: super wasteful. Done in comes with a plastic carry out clamshell and disposable everything. They should find a way to reduce waste. This makes me reluctant to come here often

First time there. Looking for exceptional Japanese food, hibachi meaning BBQ. Grew up in Japan. For the layman adequate. Thinking pan fried. Steak at best was sirloin, maybe even tenderized round. Portion was adequate for hungry one person, maybe two light eaters. Fried rice was plain rice fried with soy, expecting some veggies and maybe egg. Ginger sauce was good. For thirty dollars would have gone to a genuine Japanese restaurant. Will not repeat, go to Panda for half the price for quick take out.

12/20/25 Excited to try a local Hibachi place with good ratings.
Previous reviews indicated the quality, value and quantity of food to be good.
Unfortunately that was not my experience. Ordered one steak hibachi , one chicken hibachi, egg rolls and a Japanese soda for a total of $53.
Ordered steak as medium rare. Both steak and chicken were dry and chewy. Flavor, a little on the bland side for hibachi. Quantity just okay, nothing special.
Place was not exceptionally busy. Sk the results were disappointing.
I would think that cooking the protein correctly should be something a hibachi place can do with consistency?
I like to support local food establishments. I may give it another try to confirm a thumbs up or down.

I ordered from Hibachi V Express online and my food was ready for pickup within about 30 minutes, which I appreciated. Customer service during pickup was good and the process was smooth.
I ordered two chicken and steak combos with rice, two sides of noodles, edamame, fried gyoza, wontons, egg rolls, and an extra side of fried rice. The total came out to around $110 including tip.
Portion sizes were decent, and the chicken and steak were cooked well. However, the overall combo was nothing memorable and left a lot to be desired. Fried rice is one of my favorite dishes, and unfortunately it was cooked with far too much soy sauce, making it overly salty. I usually add soy sauce myself, but this was already overdone, which was a big letdown.
The egg rolls seemed slightly undercooked — the outside was barely crispy while the inside was mushy. The wontons were good, not great, but acceptable. The edamame was good (hard to mess that up), and the fried gyoza was just okay.
For the price, I expected the meal to be consistently great, but overall it fell short. While the service was good and some items were fine, the food quality didn’t justify the cost. Unfortunately, I don’t see myself returning.

Hibachi Express is the new restaurant that’s making it’s way out into the public. The Chef Richard is an excellent cook that seasons his food to perfection. I’ve known Richard for several years when he worked at the family restaurant JP Nori on South Federal in Littleton and he has a high quality on all of his Asian cuisine dishes or they don’t get served.
