I would not recommend coming here at all.
Overall:
Firstly, we ordered the appetizer of vegetable tempura then they brought us out the tempura roll. Then we watched them take this roll off our table and serve it to the booth next to us. Personally i believe this is an incredible hygiene issue. We could have eaten from it, touched it, etc. and the table next to us would be unknowing. Then when we finally received our appetizer of the tempura vegetables idk half the vegetables they served on this plate. Carrot? No, the texture was closer to a rock than any supposed cooked veggie. Next, we ordered two rolls and they came at completely different times. My sister was able to enjoy her food while i starved on the side watching her.
STAFF:
Felix wasn’t even our server but he’s the one who went to help resolve our issue. And even after he was the first one who visited our table again after ordering and took time to check to make sure we were better. 10/10 to him and he should be promoted. Also no hate to our waiter Alessandria she was doing her best and took full accountability for the issue. I don’t blame her for not hearing our order when the speakers are deafening, but the manager on the other hand….. He was the one who served our “used tempura roll”. Most the staff were baddies though
Atmosphere:
Sushi restaurant or club? Idk Overall the building is cute and seems like a good vibe but the music is blasting so loud don’t expect to talk to anyone you’re dining with.
The food:
Finally the food. Waste of time, money, and calories. No flavor. Tiny pieces. not filling at all ♀️. Also i’d like to add they didn’t even have pricing on their menu which was off putting at first. This wasn’t a major concern but it definitely left us wondering. We didn’t even finish what we ordered because it was so incredibly mid. and with a stomach ache… I don’t know if this is from still being hungry or wtv they’re cooking up in these rolls
Final thoughts:
In the end we never received any amelioration to our troubles even after the manager came over to our table and was aware of the situation but it’s okay. Not a good experience whatsoever and we will never be coming back. I recommend going to the place across the street called Asahi sushi!

I really like this place I hope it never goes away. I will just say a few things, I don’t recommend BSCR at all. I mean it’s literally called Baked Scallop California Roll. There was nothing baked about it. The scallops didn’t seem cooked at all. The lobster roll on the other hand was perfect. It can be a hit or miss. The rolls can be a little anemic tho, they look much skinnier than your regular places. Still can’t argue about the fuego platter, any 6 rolls for 59.99. Great deal and keeps me coming back. Bento box is great too. Always have great service. Drinks are nice and strong too for the price. Love it

Absolutely disgusting. Beware this is not regular japanese sushi, it’s mexican sushi and it’s not good!! I am the type of person to handle spicy but this is a whole other level of spicy and they waiters don’t even inform you!! It took 20 minutes to get out our drinks.. service is so slow and the restaurant wasnt even full. Everything either smelled bad or tasted horrible. We ordered shishito peppers, seaweed salad, mussels, and 4 types of sushi rolls, costed us $150. Which is ridiculous. The menu doesn’t even have the pricing attached to each item. Don’t go. Waste of money and time.

Food was amazing and the service was great. Staff was so welcoming and kept checking on our table. Music was a bit loud but the waiter accommodated us and lowered the volume. Definitely going back. 6 rolls for $60 is a steal. Alex the assistant manager made sure everything was coming out in a timely manner.

Wow! What a great place to eat. The food was fresh, well put together, and reasonably priced compared to other sushi restaurants in the area. But what really impressed me was the service. All of the staff works together to make sure that their customers are well taken care of. I will definitely be coming back. My new go to place for sushi in this part of the valley.

Came here with a party of 17 for a Coaches meeting. If you accept reservations you should be prepared to service that reservation. Ordering drinks was great, appetizers were awesome, after that is when the night turned for the worst. We decided to order the group party platters because they were the best deal. But if we knew it was gonna take 2½ hours to get our food, we would’ve left after the drinks and appetizers. The timing of the platters and other dishes we ordered came out at different times of the night. We ended up passing around someone’s bowl or fried rice after the first hour. It was all bad. We will definitely NOT be coming back to this restaurant. They did take some of the items off the tab but by then, the night of fun was ruined. Next time, we most definitely will take our $800 tab elsewhere.

My order was take out. I came early and was happy to hear my order was ready. Unfortunately whenI got home I saw I was missing 1 sushi and another roll was made incorrectly. I came back a got my missing sushi and they gave me a new roll to replace the one made incorrectly- unfortunately the roll fell apart. The portions are a bit small as well. Just can’t win.
