Very disappointed. Ordered two French dip sandwiches through the app,they didnt put the au jue in the boxes. No sauce for the mozarella sticks either. Wife said something smelled like cigarettes. Idk whats up with tonight’s crew but the place was empty.

Haven’t eaten at an Arby’s in well over a year. My Ruben sandwich was perfect! No gristle, hot, not soggy, just the right amount of sauce and sauerkraut. The jalapeno bites were hot from the frier, no grease, no old taste, just perfect. There were no clean tables when we arrived (only one order in the dining area ahead of ours), and the sauces/napkins/ drink area needed cleaning. My husband said all the workers were busy filling orders whenever he looked over. The restroom was clean. Great location and newer store.

The mozzarella sticks in ordered had been sitting out so long the were soft, oily, and rubbery. When I asked him to remake it there was no apology or anything when I said thank you there was no thank you back. Now I have to put up with these people’s side eyeing me while I eat because they have no idea about food safety or food standards.
