Do not go. Ive been to this location to get rude service, eye rolls and most times i get NO food cause they are out of food. 3 Times. ive driven to out of my way to Hull Street location to get better service and and better food.

I ordered a Cajun Chicken sandwich combo in a Sunday at lunch time. The fries were perfectly cooked hot and well seasoned. That is the reason for 2 stars. The main part of my order the sandwich was another story. The chicken filet was smaller than a mcchicken filet from McDonald’s and hard as a brick. The sandwich was completely inedible. So for $10 and some change I enjoyed a medium fry and a medium Dr. Pepper. I will not be returning.

Went at lunch today and ordered at drive thru. Got to window 10 minutes later to be told they do not have any more chicken. I asked why they would be out of chicken at lunchtime after taking my order and manager was rude and disrespectful allowing her staff to flip me off and stick tongues out at me. What kind of establishment are you allowing this manager to run. Ridiculous.

Food was warm, customer service was better than average. However, the line in drive thru was long and the time from ordering to getting my order was close to 10 minutes. Perhaps they had people out so a second visit is warranted, but if it gets better will edit my review.

Put in a simple (Cajun filet biscuit + bo rounds) mobile order at 10:15 am, was told multiple times it was being made, didn’t get the food until 10:45 am. Upon arriving home, I realized I didn’t even get the right sandwich. Take your business elsewhere.
