I received an actual letter in the mail with my receipt confirming my reimbursement for the pizza, as well as an explanation and apology. WOW. I was very impressed by this. Great to have a local business look out for their local and regular customers. I am putting my review back to five stars. I’m including a picture of the letter.
Hey! Perfect pizza! Not so perfect tonight. When I ordered my pizza which was at 6:39 on 6-1-25
I ordered a thin crust ham and pineapple pizza. I was told it would be 40 to 45 minutes for delivery.
I literally live 5 minutes away… I just didn’t feel like going to get the pizza since I was busy in the garden.
At 1 hour the pizza had still not been delivered so I called..
The girl on the phone asked me to confirm my order And she said quote “
” Yes, thin crust ham and pineapple pizza… He’s out for delivery now, you should be getting it soon.”
It was an hour and 20 min Total on delivery when I was told it would be 40 to 45 minutes.. not sure how he could have got lost, but he must have.
I had a few things to wrap up in the garden so I set the pizza inside figuring I’d heat it up in a few minutes.
When I opened the box I was quite surprised to see a pepperoni pizza.
I hate pepperoni pizza!
Called to try to return it and get my money back but of course they’re not answering the phone at just a few minutes before 8:00 when they close at 8:00 pm
I’m super annoyed and I’m stuck with a pepperoni pizza that I don’t want and didn’t order and came so late I couldn’t get my money back.

I have ordered from here for many years and always been satisfied, which is why I’m giving two stars tonight instead of one star.

We are from “Pizza City, USA” and Perfect Pizza came highly recommended! The pizza was absolutely delicious! My tips for ordering, opt for extra cheese and ask for a well done pizza. I would do extra sauce too, but I prefer to just have them put tomatoes on it. It’s not on the normal part of the menu, but taco meat with pepperoni was a great combination! The 10” served 2 kids four times. Two 14” was enough for three adults.

The food and prices are awesome! I got the chicken quesadilla and it was by far the best one I’ve ever had. It was actual chicken pieces, had two different cheeses, and was about 12″ in diameter. For only about $1 more that the cost for a similar item from the Bell, there is no contest! They also provided salsa and sour cream at no extra cost. Service was fast and friendly as well.

We go there for the driving range and haven’t eaten there. The driving range is well maintained with distances clearly marked. It has some fun things to aim for as well. The gold balls are acquired through an easy to use self serve machine.
