My daughter and son in law were recently stationed at Barksdale AFB and they live this place so of course we had to go check it out while we were in town for the Thanksgiving holiday. Long story short, I ordered the Fried Catfish Plate with Mac-N-Cheese, Fries and Red Beans while my wife had the Rib Plate with Man-N-Cheese and Fried Okra. My Catfish had good flavor and the right amount of crunch when but onto, the Red Beans were flavorful and the Mac-N-Cheese was good but not great. My wife’s ribs were excellent but she did not love the Mac-N-Cheese. We also enjoyed the Fried Green Tomatoes which had good flavor and the right amount of crunch when bitten into. Overall, we enjoyed our visit, would recommend Shane’s and will probably return when in town.

I had a hard day and I said to my self let me get some comfort food . I like Shane will I went to this location airline and brownie lee.for the first time and never again. I GOT THE FISH PLATE AND WENT TO EAT IT IN MY CAR .I WAS SHOCK I OPEN iT UP AND ALL MY FISH WERE THE length of my pinky finger.I was like what in the world is this so I just drove off i was so upset with my day and I did not needed to be paying for fish the size of my pinky.I never had this happen at The E texas street one and the Shreveport place when I’m in the area i go to the Shreveport one.i never had pinky size fish from the 2 other location. .that’s a rip off .If it wasn’t for my hard day being so bad I would of went back in to show them what they gave me but I said no I had a hard day .I’m going to just leave a count this as a wasted money, and I’ll never come back to this location. Ever, again, that’s ridiculous. Those people that cook this food shorten me with pinky size fish. That is the size of your pinky finger. I never had that at the other 2 locations im very upset.So I don’t advise you consumer to go to this airline and brownie Lee location .

Great food. This location was small, so noise wasnt an issue. Fish and fried dill pickles were my favorite until I tasted the red beans! OMG, they were absolutely the best I’ve ever had. I’d go back just for the beans! Staff was new and oh so sweet.

Stopped by for a quick lunch and was rewarded with excellent food and friendly service. I asked what they reccomend and went with the Shrimp Po Boy. It was great, light crispy breading over juicy shrimp with excellent sauce and fresh lettuce, tomato and pickles. The seasoned fries were excellent as well. I also got an order of fried okra which was great and a side of hush puppies which were really good. A hint of jalapeño but not too spicy, just great flavor and light and crispy exterior and moist inside. I would definitely recommend Shane’s and they have a drive thru as well.

I got no barbecue sauce with my brisket. My bun on my burger was either soggy or undercooked. The burger was very good; I ate it with a fork. Thanks for the raw onion slice. I could not order a small order of fried green tomatoes and no option to select to cancel if they could not. I have received a small order in the drive through. An order is enough for at least six. I will never eat all of it. The rating app has no option for a comment. The options are for not suitable for my problems. The delivery lady (Terri) did an excellent job.

ZERO stars is the actual review. We bought live crawfish memorial day weekend. We got home about 7 minutes later to wash the crawfish and about 22 of the 24lbs were translucent and dead! I called to inform the manager, but she was off for the holiday weekend. I was then told they have a no refund policy on crawfish. So that tells me all I need to kmow….they don’t back their product because they know this is the service they provide. We won’t be back for anything!
