The last four times I’ve driven across town specifically for a frosty, they have had the machine down cleaning it. One time they told me we close at 1am so our machine is down for the night, get here earlier next time. It was 12:20. I said I work at a gas station. I don’t shut the gas pumps off 30 minutes before I close.

This is what a burger that costs over $6 looks like at Wendy’s. Purchased the bacon bourbon burger and this is the pathetic tiny smashed burgers I was given. I understand the pictures advertised and what you’re given aren’t going to be the same but this is blatant false advertising. Charges restaurant prices for low quality tiny smashed burgers. Everything on the menu is a rip off anymore

We placed an order at the intercom. The clerk didn’t sound very sure at understanding what we wanted. We looked inside the bags of food we received, 1 of our sandwiches (Big Bacon Classic Double) was incomplete without mayo, pickles, onion, tomato, lettuce, & bacon strips; honey mustard sauces for (10pc. Chicken Nuggets) weren’t put in, & a receipt with a coupon wasn’t given before we left the parking lot.

They were out of chili and baked potatoes-the 2 items that are unique to Wendy’s and are literally the reason that we go there (and also out of Krabby Patties-but aren’t a regular menu item, so can’t judge on that). Will rate on lack of normal menu items though.

WOW! Wendy’s got my order wrong last night and it was like pulling teeth for the manager Sue to fix the problem! Do you see any bacon on this Baconator???? Sue was completely unprofessional unapologetic and rude. When the phone conversation was over I said goodbye and she just hung up. 2 week’s ago and still no coupon. Apparently Sue thinks it’s okay for you to pay doordash for a messed up order. Wendy’s made the mistake and they need to own up to it.

I’m disappointed the salad i eat frequently, the apple-pecan salad, is quite a bit smaller since the last time I bought it. I would rather you made it more expensive and kept it the same size. Now it doesn’t make for a nice dinner meal. I’m still feeling like I need something else to eat. I doubt I’ll get this salad again. So sad. It’s the only thing I get at Wendy’s.
