Ordered a Family Meal deal today with another added pizza. This came with two sides. The pizzas looked and tasted wonderful. But the garlic knots were burnt, crunchy and tasteless. Worst location ever and will no longer do business with their company. Ordered stuffed crust and it was basically hollow with very little cheese and it also was way too much crust and was old and stale, literally tasted like cardboard. Couldn’t even eat one full piece and had to throw the whole thing away. Very few toppings on pizza as well! Reached out and got zero response back!

Wouldn’t even give them 1 star. The Manager should of done better. He knows he gave us burnt food. Garlic knots we can not even eat. You need to make it right and you decide not to. We have ordered before from you guys and we have never seen food this bad from yall.

The worst Papa John’s pizza that I have ever had.
We live in a small town & I was really looking forward to my all-time favorite pizza.
The ordering process was fine & the driver was nice.
But, whoever was in charge of making the crust should really be fired. The outside crust was HUGE & extremely thick. The inside of the pizza had paper thin crust & it couldn’t stay together or support the pizza. It was almost as if they had put cheese directly onto the cardboard box.
The pizza pretty much had a ring of bread on the outside with a pool of cheese, sauce & pepperoni in the middle.
This is not the Quality I would have ever expected from Papa John’s.
I might never order from the company again.

I ordered and Shaq pizza and they gave me a medium pizza instead. I also ordered a medium cheese pizza just for them to send me a small. The person delivers it, puts it on the ground, and runs off back to car.. didn’t even have the decency to ring the doorbell. Papa John’s Ennis location don’t have to worry about no more!

Surprisingly good pizza – better-than-most crust – I had the five item stuffed crust pizza (17) – olives, onions, green peppers, and double mushrooms. I was disappointed by the small size (14-inch), but it was HEAVY. Superior sauce, superior crust. NOTE: Pizza Hut’s large has been shrinking to 14″ over time, but Papa Johns openly markets theirs as 14″. Atmosphere? What atmosphere, it’s takeout!

We were tired of Pizza Hut’s overall quality and options a few months ago and so we decided to try Papa John’s. Honestly, I did not set my expectations very high just because of things I have heard about the brand in general. Our first experience at this store was great – pizza was perfect, service was good, price was a little high compared to competitors, but it was nice to get some decent pizza in a timely manner. We’ve been back several times, we use the app often and receive coupons via text and the deals they offer are always pretty great. Everyone time I walk into the store, I’m greeted by name and treated really well. My pizza orders have always been hot fresh and accurate. Even in the midst of Covid-19 they kept quality and customer service up. My family and I love this location and purchase pizza here almost exclusively now. It’s going to be tough for another pizza place to step up to the Ennis Papa John’s level.

Called to order a pizza the person answered the phone was so very rude! Yelled into the phone said he’ll no I’m busy I have lot of orders and hung up on me.i don’t know if this was a manger or an employee.i called back very civil to speak with a manager and was hung up on again.this is unacceptable and not nice to speak to a customer like that sir .so now I’ll be doing business elsewhere.
