This place is very unprofessional. Everytime I come in the manager is very rude & unfriendly. The woman who usually work on the grill is rude also her customer service is horrible. I’ve set in here for over 30min waiting for my order that they haven’t even started. I’m a woman who comes from the fast food industry. It’s no urgency or professionalism & whoever the owner is needs to either replace the team or shut this place down. I don’t even feel comfortable with them making my food without attentively watching.

This location is okay. My sandwiches have tasted fine. My biggest complaint is that the bread is not always cooked well- it has been thin and smashed most times I order for pick up 🙁
*update: the employees working today (4/10) were friendly and kind. I was having card issues, but they gave me time to figure it out. I appreciated their kindness and professionalism. My sandwich is super yummy today too!

Horrible. Taking 45 minutes to pick up my 2 little sandwiches. The sandwiches are crab, they are working on delivery orders first, there were customers who had to wait 1 hour.

I ordered thru the app. A roast beef mikes way with added toppings. First, I get there and they tell me my order is ready. She hands me a bag with my name on it but the order inside isn’t mine. So she goes to get me the right order. Great. I leave and get back to my office only to see they just gave me meat and cheese on the bread??? By the time I got back it was too late for me to go get the right thing. Never had a bad experience at JM before but this was very unpleasant. The staff was no very friendly and obviously didn’t know what was going on.

This is normally my go-to sandwich place while at work, but that will change. I ordered my usual #8 club. Clearly, they ran out of ham and instead bought the cheapest nearby deli ham. The rectangle kind. They seemed to still have turkey, which was in the correct proportion. But just using more lower quality ingredients does not make up for not having the original stuff. The cheese may also have been store-bought, but the fact that the sandwich maker used eight slices on my sub made it challenging to determine the taste. It was simply like biting into a chunk of Elmer’s glue. Their website has no avenue of complaint or redress, so I leave this review here.
