We choose blackbird bakery for our wedding cake and dessert for our wedding! The dessert was a huge hit and our cake was the best cake I’ve ever had! Abby kept in touch with us and made sure we got everything we wanted. The set up was absolutely beautiful! I would recommend this place 10000 times to anyone looking for a wedding cake or just some yummy desserts!!!

Abby answered all my questions and was very responsive. Our cake and desserts were beautiful and our guests loved them (highly recommend the apple cider donuts in the fall)! Abby was great to work with! She made the process of picking our wedding desserts and cake very simple. We went with the almond cake with raspberry filling and it was to die for! We also ordered brownies and cannoli’s and they were just as good. Would highly recommend using them for any event.

I misden I appointment at Eye Physicians & Surgeons SC. With Dr. Brower and I had to make up for my mistake. So I went to blackbirds to grab some donuts to say I was sorry that my appointment after my eye appointment. I checked in for my next appointment and the receptionist and the others said, how delicious they were haven’t had them myself. So I took them at their word. So I headed back there. And I got some for myself at 2 bucks, a donut, I got a half dozen, took them home, opened a beautiful box, and Now they were good.
I told them what the reception said.
And that put a smile on their face and they were happy to serve

We ordered our wedding cake and cupcakes for our wedding last October, and we were so impressed with how everything turned out! Our personal cake was delicious and our guests LOVED the cupcakes – we had ordered extra, and they were all gone by the end of the night. Abby shared ideas with us throughout the process to really make it align with what we wanted. She helped set up everything day of, and it was exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend ordering through Blackbird Bakery!

Abby is amazing!!! She did desserts for our wedding at Mercantile Hall and our guests were raving about good the desserts were. We did an almond flavored wedding cake and a dessert bar with lemon tarts, fruit tarts, funfetti cakesicles, chocolate oreo cake shooters and vanilla raspberry cake shooters. She was so wonderful to work with and very responsive. Also, love that on your year anniversary she’ll make you a mini cake!! So glad that Abby and her team

We hired Blackbird bakery for our wedding on 6/29/24. We had our cake tasting with Abby and she helped us figure out how much we needed and what we would like. Everything was a very smooth process upon booking with her for the wedding. The cake turned out wonderful and everything was delivered to our venue at the expected time we discussed :). We did a two tier cake for cutting and then had sheet pans of 3 different cake flavors. I wish I remembered to eat them all on the day of but it was delicious! Would recommend this bakery to others 🙂

Abby went above and beyond for our wedding with a gorgeous (and seriously delicious) wedding cake as well as some divine chocolate chip cookies for our guest favors. Not only was the entire tasting and booking process seamless, Abby was incredibly flexible with our requests and delivered perfectly for our day with no hassle. Never been to the store, but have had pastries and donuts brought in on a few occasions at work and they were delicious. Today had some of the mini-pies and omg… out of this world! the cinnamon roll with pecans… to die for. Best bakery I’ve ever had.
