Amazing burger, with real patties from real beef. The food was great and the atmosphere was clean. Pricing is excellent; and this is the best place to grab breakfast or a burger south of Fayetteville. Easy on the wallet too.

If ya ain’t hungry, keep on rollin’! Was passing thru and found this place. Ordered breakfast and it was overflowing on the plate. It wasn’t a small plate either. Service was great, nice older cafe. Local artists on the walls and local folks tellin’ stories. Don’t get no better.

We will probably not come back. The waitress was nice. We were able to get a table quickly. We waited approximately 40 minutes to get our food. Four adults and one child. Paid a little over $70. Three of the adults ordered the same thing and it was cold like it had been sitting out for a long time. It even looked crusted over like from being dry. We were told that there’s a cook that gets the small orders out quickly and another for the bigger orders. We feel like paying $70 for that was a big waste of money. I’m sure this place is okay if it’s just one or two people. We just wanted to eat close to home.

Our sons live in West Fork and we were up visiting for the weekend. We’d seen this place in the past and heard it was under new ownership. We like Sugar Shack and this has inside seating.
Mostly sandwich options plus breakfast and some lunch plates. Prices are very reasonable.
My son and I went for lunch on Friday and we both got the meatloaf special with mashed potatoes and green beans (with bacon). Very tasty.
Next day, all 4 of us went for breakfast and it was great.

Horrible experience. Waited 45 minutes and they rushed out a BLT and a burger with a cold piece of cheese to keep us from leaving. The fries looked like they were barely cooked. The server was unprofessional and stated “the cheese is cold – sorry about that” somewhat sarcastically and left the table. She was loudly complaining about us to the kitchen as we were leaving – terrible customer service. We left and will not return.

1. The food is very good.
I’ve had the CHEESEBURGER W/BACON today. Perfect char on it. FOUR BACON STRIPS!!! Who does that anymore huh?
Fresh crispy lettuce. Fresh tomato!
Previously had a WONDERFUL spicy chicken sandwich they call… KICKIN’ CHICKEN. EXCELLENT!
Today, wifey had CHICKEN TENDERS and she thoroughly enjoyed them.
FRIES are good (could use salt) ONION RINGS are legit and not processed.
2. Service is ALWAYS GREAT! Bobby kept up with our drink order without our searching for her. Provided 2 dipping sauces for chicken. Checked in on us often. Can’t say enough about the wonderful service.
3. It’s located in West Fork. A small but very quaint community. Sorry of like Mayberry. They even have a cop like Barney Fife on steroids. We call him one bullet Barney .
We live in Bella Vista but go to West fork for other shopping. But when we are in town shopping for my woodworking we always stop here for lunch. Looking forward to the next visit.

My son and I were traveling through and looking for some breakfast. This place is “different”. However, the food was honestly amazing. Best biscuits and gravy I’ve had in years. Prices were VERY reasonable. Service was great! I’d highly recommend.

Best burger in the world! Sugar Shack has taken my heart and my number one on my burger list for over a year now. I am happy to say that west fork has a true old fashioned business that produces such amazing burgers and happy bellies! I will always make the trip to see Brandon and staff! Also the new Cafe is perfect for rainy days! But I’m excited to eat outside at the original sugar shack in the summer!

Waiting 43 minutes for food, when food arrived it was dehydrated from heat lamp.
Food, 3 plates of onion rings under, over and ok cooked. Apparently frier went out but food just sat under heat lamps until repired.
After all that they discounted $2.00.
