I previously dined at Bar Mutz with my daughters and recently returned with my mother. I enjoyed both visits. The service is good and the food is freshly prepared and delicious. We all agreed that the mozzarella sticks were the best that we have ever had as were the table side bites. On my most recent visit we tried the clams oreganata as an appetizer. We ordered the lemon pasta as an entree and shared the butter cake dessert. Both were amazing. Be sure to make a reservation as it is a very popular spot and is routinely crowded. Will definitely return to try other dishes.

This restaurant exceeded my expectations! Everything was perfect. Some of the best food I ate all year… truly amazing & so flavorful. You must order the Trottole pasta dish with the short rib. Absolutely insane flavor. The service was also fantastic, warm, & welcoming! The vibe is hip & trendy. Overall incredible dining experience. Can’t wait to go back!!

The ambience here is wonderful. I’m honestly surprised this place has only been open for a year because it was absolutely packed and we definitely needed a reservation. The artwork is incredible there’s so much to look at, and I loved taking in all the walls and decor. It’s truly a vibe. I tried the Trattole pasta and it was so delicious they told me it’s the number one customer favorite, so I had to go for it, and it did not disappoint. This place is great and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

I have been wanting to come here for a while now. My friend and I finally made reservations for a Wednesday night and it was still very busy. We got there at 5:30 and had seats at the bar. The vibe is cool very much like Pasta Ramen on the inside. Very trendy and cool. The music they were playing was top notch for any millennial.
We started with thr fresh mozzarella and the mozzarella sticks. The fresh mozzarella was excellent the topped it with oil and fresh pepper. And the mozzarella sticks had a hot honey drizzled on them and more on the side. They both had excellent flavor and were very different so it was worth getting both.
Then we shared the chicken Milanese with ceaser salad and the short rib pasta. The chicken portion was insane it was so big and so much salad too. The short rib dish although small was very heavy but very delish.
Then for dessert we got the rainbow cookie dessert and the Samoa dessert. I was prepped that since I love a rainbow cookie I MUST get this dessert. It was to die for. The rainbow cookie was excellent and the ice cream also tasted just like a rainbow cookie with little cones that were filled with Nutella. And the. We got the Samoa cookie dessert. That was also excellent. I mean who doesn’t love a Samoa cookie the flavor was so great.
If you are thinking about coming here it a must!

LOVE!!! We went here for the first time this past Sunday. If you love a cool vibe and great food this is your place. Best mozzarella w/ prosciutto we’ve ever had. Idk what kind of Olive oil they use but Of course we had to get the Mozzarella Sticks. Love the Honey! We also got the Spicy Burrata & Chicken/ Sausage. New favorite place! Cocktails taste amazing as well

I had a wonderful date night here with my husband. Everything was delicious, but the stand outs were definitely the Trottle and the Butter Cake! I appreciate them asking about allergies and answering all of our questions. The knowledge of the food and what makes each ingredient special was clear from the team at deck tonight.
The whole team there were lovely and we especially had great interactions with the food runner Kyle and our server Devin. We are happy to see this restaurant join the neighborhood and can’t wait to come back again!

First time at Mar Mutz tonight and it did not disappoint! Dope spot, unique twist on the menu.. all top notch FRESH ingredients and the music is a vibe! The atmosphere is laid back but upbeat at the same time. The staff is super welcoming as well and very attentive!

Went here for my friends birthday.. let’s just say this was the best meal we ever had! Sat at the bar – Max Bryan and Devin the bartenders made our experience one of a kind! We loved every single thing we ate and drank. We ordered a lot to try and were blown away. Tay and Camille were also superstars. If you’ve been dying to try you must – this is truly a phenomenal place. No notes. Everything was banging. Robbie Felice you are a genius chef. ONLY thing we’d like – MERCH PLEASE!! Will be back ASAP

My husband and I dined at Bar Mutz this evening. Our expectations were high from social media hype and all of the chatter about it. Overall, the vibe is cool and the service was fantastic.
We were seated at the bar with a clear view into the kitchen. It’s normally super cool to see what’s going on and the process. However, we watched two of the kitchen staff touching their phones or faces, then immediately touching food multiple times. A huge turnoff and after getting home, I did read a similar review from a few weeks ago. It seems like if you’re going to have a visible kitchen, staff should be on the top of their game.
We ordered bread (for $10), mozz & prosciutto and oysters for appetizers. All pretty tasty. My husband had the branzino for dinner, which was market price for a “whole” branzino. It was $60 for two very thin filets. I had the short rib pasta which was tasty, but a little too salty. Cocktails were all tasty.
Overall, everything was a bit too expensive to be worth revisiting and the kitchen staff hygiene makes this a place I would not recommend to others.

My first visit to Bar Mutz!
I went for the first time yesterday, and since it was my birthday, I truly got the princess treatment. Every staff member was kind and welcoming, making the night feel special.
Lindsey, our waitress, was phenomenal from start to finish. She walked us through the menu with enthusiasm, sharing the origins of the ingredients and her personal favorites. While she was explaining, one of the bartenders stopped by to ask whose birthday it was and surprised both my date and I with a shot of their take on an espresso martini—SO GOOD.
Lindsey’s attentiveness made the experience even better. She kept our table spotless, ensured every finished plate was cleared right away, and her excitement about the food was contagious. She even made sure we got dessert, bringing out a candle so I could make a wish.
The atmosphere was fantastic—it felt like a spot you’d find in Brooklyn, with great music and an inviting vibe. And the food? Incredible. My favorite dish was the mozzarella sticks—I already want them again today!
Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back. A huge thank you to Lindsey, whose energy and attention to detail made my birthday dinner extra special. Can’t wait to return!
