I’m a regular at my local Kroger store. Visit there on an average of 3 to 5 times a week. The produce, fresh meat, dairy, frozen, deli/bakery and general grocery are always top notch quality products and customer service throughout the years of my patronage. The 1st shift and 2nd shift full time cashiers are outstanding in their duties! Each and everyone of them! I’ve had the pleasure of being served multiple times by each of them over the years and I’ve always received top notch customer service, every time!! Here’s why the 3 star rating….. 3rd shift cashiers, grocery, in general, employees. They’re lazy, rude, inconsiderate, disrespectful to the store, themselves and the customer. A terrible representation for Kroger!!!!! I’ve actually not gone in when I got close enough to see who was working and turned around and went to my local Wal-Mart instead. Sorry, but if they’re going to allow that kind of people to work there 3rd shift, I’ll have to go somewhere else. During the day or evening, sure. Better be checking into it Kroger.
