Only 1 worker that only used one set of gloves, going between making my sandwich, baking bread, and going back and forth to toaster oven.

Recently visited here and left because employees were not following Subway sanitation standards and best practices by:
— not wearing head/hair coverings
— not washing their hands thoroughly before making a sandwich
— accepting payment with gloves on and them going back to making sandwiches without changing their gloves
— taking off one glove to accept payment and then instead of washing hands and getting new gloves they simply slipped the glove back on and continued making sandwiches
— touching their face with their gloves on and making sandwiches
I was pretty grossed out and unable to eat here the past three times I’ve visited.

Watch them close, or they Will skimp on the amount of food you are supposed to get. I noticed 3 times i have been here, and spoke up on day 3. She tried to fool me, but I have had the same sandwich (my favorite)at many subways. I know exactly how much meat and fixings comes on it.

There is a new couple that owns this subway and they are so wonderful! You can tell that they put their heart and soul into this Restaurant. The bread and veggies Are always so fresh. Compared to the other subways That are around, This is buy far the best one!

I am very Dissatisfied with this subway location. We provided a get two footlongs for 12.99 coupon at the time of checkout and they denied the coupon stating it was turkey only when CLEARLY the coupon says “Excludes sidekicks, the monster, the Mexicali, turkey Cali club, the beast, and the garlic roast beef sandwich” we ordered the “Titan turkey and the Subway Club”. They denied the coupon saying turkey only and we had to pay $27.50 for the two footlongs. NO WHERE ON THE COUPON DID IT SAY “TURKEY ONLY”. I am very annoyed with this establishment. The people working at the time were disrespectful and instead of explaining their respond they just shut us down.

I placed a large order for our high school swim team. I wasn’t able to do so through the app because it limits you to only 6 items per order. Instead, I drove to this location to place an order in person. The man and woman working greeted me promptly and politely. I gave them a list of sandwiches that the coaches and swimmers had ordered, with specific ingredients for each, as well as an additional number of basic sandwiches. They were very friendly, happy to help, and very careful to make sure I was getting exactly what the kids had ordered. They rang it up and I paid in advance, as I would expect anyone to do. I returned the next morning to pick up the order to find not only was it ready a few minutes early, but it was bagged neatly and had lots of extra condiment packets included. They had even labeled each individual sub according to the order! I have been here several other times in the past to pick up an occasional sandwich for my kids, but will be making this our regular sub destination from now on. The customer service was wonderful! Thank you!!!

I hate leaving bad reviews. And it has to be really bad for me to leave one, however this place was terrible. The sub was tasteless. I ordered cookies and a ft long pretzel. The cookies were hard and stale. The pretzel was so hard I couldn’t eat any of it. Do not go to this location.
