Thank you for your response. I understand and respect that you are a family-owned business, and I truly wish local businesses to do well.
To clarify, my rating was based on my actual experience. I ordered a croissant, a cinnamon roll, and coffee. The coffee was good, which is why I rated service and atmosphere higher. However, the baked goods were very disappointing: the croissant tasted dry and refrigerated, as if it had been stored uncovered, and the cinnamon roll was extremely hard with a factory-like taste. I was disappointed enough that I didn’t even feel comfortable taking photos, which I usually do when food is enjoyable.
I believe honest feedback—positive and negative—is important for improvement. Being family-owned does not change the customer experience, and my review reflects that experience truthfully.

First time at the Black Letter. It’s a small Cafe but I was pleasantly surprised by a nice fresh menu. There’s also outdoor seating. Who doesn’t like crepes! Young man cooking crepes did a great job recommending their mixed berry crepe, it was delicious! There was a small issue of them forgetting my coffee so they refunded my drink cost to me and quickly made it ready. That’s what I call a great customer service! Iced Mocha was great too. Sorry for the photos, I was in a rush and starving, forgot to take photos of the beautiful crepe before I dug into it.

Very cute little cafe tucked in beautiful Villages of Venetian Bay. I had a large iced latte which was excellent and then I had a savory crepe with ham, Swiss, tomato, avocado, greens, and a curry sauce. It was very good, they served it with a little side sales and balsamic dressing with wood silverware. They were playing 80’s music which I love so it was a nice touch. Defiantly will be coming back!

What a delight ! If you are looking for a pick me up or the best cup of joe I highly recommend Black Letter Coffee! Staff were super accommodating and welcoming. The coffee was great and the breakfast burrito hands down 10/10. The outdoor seating was so nice to enjoy the Florida sunshine on a beautiful day! You can tell they care about what they do and they do it well!

First visit there. Had scrambled, cheddar and avocado on a multi-grain toast with a matcha latte and a almond croissant. I was so hungry. I took a bite or two before taking this picture. It was fresh, delicious and it hit the spot. Definitely going back.

What a beautiful cafe in the heart of Naples! We had a delicious lunch, the food was priced right, and tasted amazing. And the Almond pastry for desert was absolutely delicious! We were fortunate to meet the owners while there, a sweet couple who treated us like family. I highly recommend if your near the downtown area of Naples, FL, check this place out, you’ll be glad you did!

My favorite thing about Naples. Nitro cold brew is A+. Food is good too,they are first and foremost a coffee shop so keep that in mind. The burritos and sandwiches are simple but tasty. Keep up the great work

Stopped for coffee and breakfast, I had the miel latte which is flavored with honey & cinnamon. The breakfast crepe was big – 3 eggs, good amount of cheese and bacon. Im pretty sure it was a premade crepe because it was a little tough along the edges, not soft like a fresh crepe. My som had the double chocolate muffin and it was pretty much decadent chocolate cake for breakfast, so he loved it. Fun location to walk around.

It took 30 minutes for me to get a crepe and coffee to go. I ordered a raspberry iced coffee and couldn’t taste the raspberry, I did ask for another pump of raspberry, which they provided. I got my crepe to go with plans to sit and enjoy it, as I always have left overs to save time, but since there are only two small tables inside to seat 4-6 people in the entire place and there were people sitting there. I left. If you have time to waste and are getting it to go, give it a try, unless you want to sit outside, where there’s plenty of seats but it’s very hot out there in Aug.
