I swing by the Pittsboro location several times a week after I drop my daughter off at school. Going to Dunkin nearly every school morning has become part of my routine after a busy morning. It’s my treat to myself while decompressing before a busy day. My lattes and egg bites are always hot and delicious. Not to mention, my orders are always delivered with a smile. I consistently encounter the most amazing customer service at this location. The employees always go above and beyond at making sure my orders are correct and received promptly.

I was on vacation and passing through when I stopped to get a.drink..I was immediately greeted with smiles which made me feel comfortable. I have social anxiety, so any type of public setting im very anxious. I felt super comfortable and the service was incredibly fast I had a mango refresher and it was perfect. This a established is definitely a 5 stars and well done to all the employees there. Thank you for the warm experience.

The ordering kiosk is great in theory, but it doesn’t work very well when the donuts in the case don’t match the ones available for purchase on the kiosk. I had to wait and flag down a staff member, so it ended up holding up the line more than if I just ordered normally. If you’re gonna try to save money and time by using a digital kiosk, at least make sure it works properly.
EDIT: I wrote this review too soon. They seemed to completely forget about my order (of just two donuts, incredibly simple) and I had to flag down a staff member again just to get my order. I am never coming here again. If all you want is donuts and not a fancy drink, I recommend the gas station across the street or the Lowe’s Foods in the same shopping center.

Every time we come here the donuts are old, melted or just generally unappealing when we are handed them in the drive thru. One off day is no issue but when it is consistently terrible quality it’s an actual store problem. I have never been to another Dunkin donuts that was bad, especially not consistently bad. Do better. We will not be coming again. Multiple attempts over the past few months and always the same poor quality. No improvement or progress seen.

Love this Dunkin’! The staff are always so friendly and kind. Even during the morning rush they take a moment to get me a pup cup when I bring my dog, which I really appreciate. Mornings can be crazy busy, so I usually order ahead on the app and it makes things super easy. Always a great experience here!

The staff members are very friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. We made an in-store purchase today (Order #705). The lady who handled our billing double-checked everything and spoke very softly and politely. Great job

Service was terrible! We were told to wait while stall all took care of drive through customers. Would not take my order unless I entered it into portal myself. Nice new looking location but very poor service. Corporate Dunkin needs to step in and retrain the staff.

We have been coming to the Pittsboro Dunkin’ because it’s the closest location for us, but unfortunately we continue to be disappointed with the customer service, food quality, and product availability.
For example, today I ordered a large iced latte and received a medium. I also ordered 5 chocolate and 5 glazed donuts holes, but was given 10 with sprinkles—something my child doesn’t like. When we asked for it to be corrected, we were told, “That’s all we’ve got.” This isn’t the first time something like this has happened.
The donuts are often melted or poor quality, and we’re rarely informed about what is or isn’t available. It’s frustrating to receive whatever is given without being told beforehand. Not to mention the wait times are always long, just to end up not receiving what you actually ordered.
Please address these issues. Customers should receive what they order, or at least be notified if something is unavailable.

Worst customer service ever. Went inside to get a 2 donuts and after waiting several minutes being totally ignored, the one worker quite loudly told me they were not taking in-person orders – to use the kiosk. I wanted to pay cash and was told to go through the drive through if I wanted to pay cash. I left. Not going back as this has happened before.
