We did an order for delivery and estimated delivery time was 47 min. Well, 1hr and 10 min later we received our order and everything was barely edible! Pizza, cheese bread and brownies were burnt! I will not be ordering from them again!

Dropped the ball tonight. Boyfriend ordered the family pizza. Ordered 10 BONELESS wings and received 9 bone in wing instead. Ordered a 8 piece BBQ wing and container only has 7 wings in it. The pizza was good but I wish the guy making the wings read my order correctly and gave me boneless wings and knew how to count out to 8 to make the bone in wings the correct number. For the price of the wings things should be getting double checked before headed out the door.

Papa John’s uses Door Dash to deliver pizzas. Our pizzas that were ordered at 7:38, supposed to be delivered at 8:36 were not delivered until 9:06. Crappy customer service from PJ’s.

The gentleman working on Saturday, 6/21/25, was a lifesaver and made some great pizza!
My daughter had her birthday party on that Saturday. I pre-ordered, or at least thought I pre-ordered, pizzas for the party to be picked up at 11 AM. I showed up at 10:55 AM to pick the pizzas up, but they did not have my order. I looked online, and it looked like there was an additional prompt concerning sauces that came up after I selected to finalize the order, and I missed it. That’s on me and the app. I’ll own that. Dejected, I almost left without pizzas in hand, but I took a moment to ask how long it would take to make four large one-topping pizzas. He said he would get it done for me in no more than 15 minutes. He got it done in about 12. The pizza was cooked perfectly, tasted delicious, and allowed me to show back up on time for the party. Great pizza and phenomenal customer service.
Our family has had a lot of bad dining experiences in the Treasure Valley, particularly at some other local pizza establishments, so I was extremely grateful for the superb customer service. We will definitely be ordering from here again!

Stopped at the Residence Inn on our way back home from a road trip. This was the only place open at 10 on a Sunday night. Put an order in, and it was ready on time and steaming hot and fresh. The gentleman there was the only one working, chatted with us the entire time and was awesome. He deserves a raise!

We usually don’t order from Papa John’s cause the last few times we did we were highly disappointed. We’d ask for extra cheese and it never came with it even though we paid for it. Today we decided to give them another shot. Well, we got a great pizza today! It was cooked nicely with a good layer of cheese to it. I enjoy dipping my crust in the butter sauce. The peppercini that came with it was a little suspicious looking so we didn’t eat it.
I don’t think they have their own delivery drivers like Domino’s. I believe they are contacted by door dash. The driver was really nice and fast.
Maybe they got new people and management working at this location cause this pizza is night and day compared to our last pizzas. It was really good!

First off I love Papa John’s Pizza.
Ordered for delivery at 5:26pm and the door dash app said they’d deliver at 6:20. After waiting until 7 and it never arrived I called PJs and they said there is nothing they could do about it. Delivery never came and accidentally texted us that they’re sorry ghat they screwed up someone else’s delivery with missing items. Door Dash is the worst thing to happen to pizza delivery. Sucks to wait around for hours for food that never even comes. So lame.

Papa John’s is our favorite tasting pizza and I’m never disappointed by the quality of food at this restaurant! We did once have a delivery that was nearly an hour late which was a bummer but there was a glitch in the system so we understand! They did however send us a coupon for a free large pizza to make things right because that delivery had gone poorly which we thought was so awesome of them! And it was as always delicious! It’s not often a restaurant rectifies a mistake without being asked by the customer and we appreciate it!!
