First off the Lemon with ginger tea (he added Honey) was perfect since I was feeling bad. But the customer service is what brought me back. A great hidden jewel. My new fav place

I got the spinach and gouda hasbrown nest and its great. However I waited 10 mins for them to make the order ahead of me (inside the store) they handed out a drive through drink that came after myself and the person in front of me. I ordered a 20 oz iced pumpkin spiced latte and there’s nothing pumpkin about it. It has bitter espresso and tastes like they put powdered spices in the drink and nothing else, no syrup no sweetener. Not sure if I just got drink made incorrectly or if this is what they consider the ever popular pumpkin spiced latte to taste like. I will not be returning and do not reccomend.

Friendly people, nice vibe inside, cinnamon rolls were hyped up for us beforehand and lived up to the hype.

Coffee was good too. They have fun flavored drinks and legit espresso if you want just good coffee (I learned what a ristretto is here!)

We drove 20 min to get here and would do again.

They have GREAT coffee. Inside is very cozy and you wouldn’t guess it for being in a retail strip. They surprised me all around. I come almost every Friday while my son is in therapy across the street.

FYI – I will warn parents that it doesn’t feel child friendly but I’m getting that vibe off the customer base I see every time. A lot of people seem to use it for work or business meetings.

Cute place, bad and dismissive service.

Drinks were okay, it’s at least clear the lady on the espresso machine was putting effort in and cares about the product. The guy on the register? Different story.

Food wise the scone was raw in the middle, and the cashier without asking charged us a dollar fee on the scone and a cinnamon roll to have our food warmed up.

Watch your total, make sure they don’t overcharge you, and be careful of cook on the food.

I had such a wonderful experience at Shasta Coffee Co! The barista was absolutely fantastic—so sweet and accommodating, and really took the time to help us choose the perfect drinks. We tried the hot caramel bourbon coffee and an iced latte, and they were both incredible! The atmosphere inside was so warm and inviting, it really made me feel right at home. Definitely a place I’ll be returning to! Will recommend to others.

Service was fantastic. The staff were helpful and quick! Not the best coffee I have had in the area, but pretty good.

I’ve gone to Shasta since they bought it from the previous owners. It was great at first, everyone was friendly and the food and coffee were great. Service was always a little slow, but as a former barista myself I always excused it because I know it’s not the easiest job and everything else was great so I didn’t mind waiting. I was in there every week sitting in to do work. However, lately when I go in everyone seems bored to be there. I wait forever for my drink even when I’m the only person ordering in store or in the drive thru. It always feels dim and dreary. The food is still pretty good, but the coffee is hit or miss. Some days it’s okay and some days you order a dirty pumpkin chai and the first sip is pure espresso because they just poured the coffee on top and made no effort to mix it. Even once I got it back to the office and mixed it up myself the flavor was just weak and incredibly lacking. I don’t usually like to leave poor reviews if I can help it, especially on small businesses, but Shasta has really gone downhill lately and I’m feeling it more and more now that I’m not there every week like I used to be.

Great vibes at this coffee shop! Baristas are super nice and friendly. Breakfast croissant made in house. Wish they had some condiments or some type of sauce for the croissant.
16oz latte was ok. Couldn’t taste much on the bean front. Maybe it needed 3 shots? They have really creative custom syrups but I haven’t tried them yet.
Cozy atmosphere, fireplace, couches, plug hubs for laptops.

This place is so cute and cozy on the inside, it’s almost like a little slice of the PNW. Coffee was great and the service was awesome! I had never been there before so they started asking me what I liked and making recommendations. I got the cold brew with vanilla and a little bit of cream as well as a bacon cheddar scone which was so yummy! Will definitely be back.
