Maybe today was just an “OFF DAY” but, all I can say is GROSS!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! Best thing about this place is that service is very fast. It actually smelled BAD when we walked thru the door (I thought it may have been because the bathrooms are right at the Entrance and both doors were wide open). THAT should have warned me!!
As for the food? RUN AWAY!!!! We were told the food was really good. NOT TODAY. We all ordered the chicken tenders dinner (they got fried, I got grilled) and got a large fried pickle to share. As sides, they got slaw and I got what was SUPPOSED to be baked beans (basically heated up pork & beans). The chicken “tenders” are the size of a chicken NUGGET (I’ve seen nuggets that are bigger!). As soon as the fried pickles were brought out, I grabbed one (love fried pickles). I spit it out (rude, I know but….). The pickle, even though golden brown, tasted like it was burnt. My son sent them back (after HE tried one), telling the cashier the pickles tasted like cooked in old grease (I said burned grease). The cashier swore that the grease “was just changed yesterday”. She then tells us that EVERYTHING is cooked IN THE SAME GREASE!!! (They serve french fries, chicken, fish, fried pickles…..NONE of which should EVER be cooked in the SAME GREASE OR FRYER!!!) So, we sent the second batch of fried pickles back (over $7.00 for the order) and I told the woman she could give the money back. What a LAUGH!!! THEY DON’T DO REFUNDS!!!!!

Inside seems a bit dirty n small, at least just in the sitting area, not really to fond of going inside so we use the drive through.
But honestly, the food is always amazing n decent sized. You want sauce on it. They seriously got you. It’ll be drowned in it, which i seriously love cause most places barely put any. Price cam be a but high on some items but trust me when I say their chicken is worth it. And it’s all made to order, so yes, it takes a bit of waiting, but it’s worth it!

The food was not good at all. The fries were soggy and tasted like old grease. The bread ing feel off the fish.. The chicken wings was nothing to brag about. We ordered coleslaw and they didn’t tell us till they handed us the plates that they didn’t have any. They were out of grilled chicken. Overall it was just a bad experience.

I swung by after a Saturday morning football jamboree because my son spotted it and wanted to give it a try. Service wasn’t an issue, but the fries tasted like they’d been cooked in old fish grease. The burgers were so bad, I couldn’t even finish them—tossed it after the second bite. Ended up turning around to grab him some Jack’s instead.

Got a local to recommend Redz, and I’m really glad I went. Took the staff recommendation of grilled chicken patty melt. Got the combo, for under 8 bucks! Sandwich was great, chicken was juicy and tender. Fries were good, but nothing special. What is not in the picture that was awesome is the frozen yogurt. Standard chocolate, vanilla, and swirl but had this cool thing that could mix carmel, fudge, other stuff directly with the yogurt as it came out of the machine. The staff was super friendly and I’ll be sure to revisit. You should give it a try! PS, dine in was open, I ate there inside.

My wife went tonight through the drive through, after the order we were missing our extra hush puppies. She went back in and the cashiers at the counter and the window was supper nice. When the cashier told the cook to give us extra due to the mistake my wife heard him say that she better be happy with what she got and the cashier stated everyone could hear him but he acted like he did not care. The fries could always use a little extra cook time but that’s not the main concern. The attitude of the cook should be handled, they made a mistake a was willing to make it right but the smart mouth of another employee should have stayed backstage regardless of his feelings. We plan to visit again but hope for a better experience.

Ordered hush puppies with meal, was shorted, then the replacement order that came wasn’t even cooked all the way, brought out another order and those were also uncooked, took 1 bite of fish and found out it wasn’t even cooked all the way, tried the other piece is same way

Service is slow because everything is cooked to order. Fried chicken and fries need salt or some kind of seasoning. Wings are very good and flavorful. Fried pickles are okay compared to other places.

Found this restaurant a few weeks ago and have absolutely fallen in love with it! Everything I’ve tried has been amazing, especially the frozen yogurt and the lemon pepper boneless wings. Wonderful crew of people who work there, always smiling, and just very cheerful. It’s absolutely worth trying!
