My boyfriend and I ordered a hawaiian pizza with BBQ instead of marinara with onion on half. It first came with marinara, the manager said that we could drive there (again) and pick up another pizza. We got all the way home and it’s still wrong. This time onion was on the whole pizza and the amount of cheese is ridiculous. We’ve ordered from here a few times and usually it isn’t like this.

I’ve never had a problem with getting my pizza from them but today it was different first slice I bite into and there is a hair in it. I’ve worked in fast food before and was always required to wear hair nets no mater how long or short your hair is all I know is that if my son would’ve bit into it could’ve been a different story I called back to let them know the situation I offered to take the pizza to show them since I literally just got it they didn’t accept I appreciate the good customer service nice people but I won’t be ordering from them again

Hands down the worst pizza place I’ve ever been to. Cold, burnt, very light on toppings that are thrown right in the center of the pizza. Ranch cup was flipped upside down maybe a quarter cup of ranch in it.

My pepperoni pizza didn’t have any pepperoni on it. The general manager of the store said he had no record of it and couldn’t do anything about it because it was ordered through a 3rd party delivery service. He wouldn’t give his name – he literally said he’s not giving me his name just so I can badmouth him. So I’m stuck with a nasty cheese pizza. I wouldn’t order from this location. The other locations are much better.

Ordered online for a reward lunch for my employees. Wings were cold & pizza had been tipped so all the toppings slid to one side & partially in the box. Called store with the issue. Spoke to employee that delivered the food. She was rude & argued, told me I was lieing & hung up on me.
After work I went to the store to speak with the manger. He was just as rude. When I stated that I felt he was being rude to me & not listening to my issue, he said “I’m not yet but I can be if you want me to. I can be really rude.” Would not give me the name of his boss & misinformed me on the company that owns that location.
I have managed & operated various types of businesses, including restaurants, and would never allow my staff to speak to or treat a customer this way. Completely UNACCEPTABLE!!

Delivery didn’t get delivered after an hour. I drove to the store while on hold the entire time. Walked in and they started making my order. Phone was never answered and rang constantly. Finally got my order 2 1/2 hours later after having to pick up myself and paid the delivery charge because they couldn’t figure out out how to take it off.

A couple of Kiwis from downunder found the service excellent. Thank you the super friendly and courteous dude wearing tats, nose and ear rings. Top class service with a smile. And the Pizza was delicimo. I worked at Pizza Hut during my student years, long ago and Papa John’s run rings around everyone else’s Pizza. It’s a massive “YES” from us Kiwis’ on the big USA tour. Pity we won’t be passing this way again.

The pizza here is very mid definitely not good! the pizza it’s self was very flimsy and broke apart when I started eating it I was very upset, and on top of that a family member’s wallet got stolen here and the staff were very unhelpful! And uncooperative as well, also Do not buy pizza from here because it’s terribly done, never buying pizza ever again from here ever again. Good writ-tens.
