I have to say that we ate there tonight, but they had issues during the afternoon, so lack of staff for evening service. Our reservation has not been registered and we had to wait approximately 1h to have our table ready.
They apologised during the whole dinner for this and they finally granted us a relevant discount in the bill to compensate the poor service. That has been really appreciated and this is why they still deserve 4/5 in the service and a second chance next time I’ll be back in Springdale!
Our server and the other staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful.
The food was solid, with a limited menu due to it being a hotel restaurant. The chicken wings w/ bbq sauce were flavorful. It came with a reasonable portion of fries, carrots, & celery. My husband got the 8oz steak & salad. He was impressed, especially by the oil based sauce that came with the steak.
I ordered an extra side of Mac & Cheese, unfortunately. It needs to be removed from the menu. It’s bad…real bad. The noodles were tough and it was dry. It’s like a white sauce Mac & cheese but gives poor alfredo taste vibes. They serve it with brisket and maybe that is better? I can’t say…but I wouldn’t recommend the Mac & Cheese as a side.
They have small intimate booths and seating for larger groups.
