Unhappy is an understatement. Let’s start with waiting behind 2 cars for nearly 15 minutes, both had one bag each, one also had a box. Ordered a medium drink but got a small, no big deal was charged for a small. Look at the pathetic excuse of a quesadilla I was given. It is essentially just a tortilla with one small portion of shredded cheese, no cheese sauce. 5.49 for this. Good thing I paid .80 for sour cream otherwise I’d just be eating a tortilla.

No clue what everyone else is on about in the reviews for this place, complaining about rude staff, long wait times, and subpar food quality. Firstly, staff was professional and efficient. No hint of rudeness. Secondly, I place my order online and waited a grand total of 2 and a 1/2 minutes at the window after telling them my name at the speaker-box. That’s pretty quick to me. And thirdly, it’s a Taco Bell, what are you expecting from their food quality? Michelin Star meals? It is fast food and tastes like, but you get what you pay for, so I’m fine with it.
Alright, other dogpiling reviewers addressed, let’s look at what I got.
Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunch, Chalupa Supreme, Chicken & Queso Crunchwrap Sliders, and a Grilled Cheese Burrito. Coming to a grand total, after rounding up for the charity donations, to $28.00. Totally acceptable price.
Sadly upon getting home I found they shorted me 1 sauce packet, darn! What am I ever to do? Write a 1 star review on google? I kid.
The gordita crunch was packed with the essentials, though I found the soft shell exterior was sticking to the wrapper which made it a little annoying to remove. The sliders were way smaller than I expected, looking at their picture on the menu they appear palm sized, but turns out they are more silver dollar sized. The chalupa was nice and crunchy like I enjoy, but it was not nearly as packed as the gordita was. And the best part, the burrito, absolutely was a banger as I replaced the meat with beans. And it was so big too! Something I’m never told.
Overall I like the new design of this location, the food is pretty average Taco Bell menu quality, the speed of service was fine, and the staff were not rude or snippy.

When I got there after placing the order 7 minutes in advance on the app, they told me they where only accepting doordash orders. They eventually made my order after 10 minutes of waiting. After I got my food and got home all the food was discussing looking or made incorrectly. The burrito looks like someone ate it or dug a hole in it. They also shoved the crunch wrap at the bottom of the bag. I will include photos.

I’ve waited a half hour for food which one the deluxe box I ordered a half hour before getting there and it still was not ready. There was something weird in my cup from the soda machine. Another time I have waited an HOUR and A HALF. For 2 hard shells 2 Gordita crunch and 1 quesadilla. It was so bad. None of this was even around a typical lunch or dinner time. They also were catering to the drive through more than taking orders of the people inside waiting. Every time I’ve received the food after waiting forever it’s cold and disgusting. That’s IF the order was even made correctly.

Not happy with my order. I ordered online and was never told they do not have nacho fries. The way they put all my order in one bag was not good. Putting the Mexican pizza box on the bottom in the bag with 4 burritos on top crushing it. WHAT HAPPENED TO COMMON SENSE!

Every time we order there is always something missing. Most people would assume I’m exaggerating, but no… every time. I’m actually quite impressed. Almost statistically impossible, but they never manage to disappoint. After I receive my incorrect order (usually just a couple missing items) I go to the app to request money back… but now they just state they’ll respond back to me (which they never do). I know it’s my own fault I keep ordering from there, but in my failing heart, I can only hope they get it right someday. Keep it up Taco Bell!

The absolute slowest Taco Bell ever! The average wait time can approach as many as 30 minutes. I saw one person get a refund for waiting about that long yesterday. I’m guessing the person who is the shift manager said “I’m closing the lobby and we are doing drive thru only and if they fire me I don’t care. “ Pretty much says it all.

Waited almost 30 minutes for our food in the drive though with no line in front of us. The worker had our food all bagged and ready to go but left it sitting there for over 10 minutes before deciding to give it to us. I also had to repeat my order several times to the employee before he understood what I was asking for.

When in to pick up a delivery last night. The order came in on my phone at 5:35 . Got there by 5:50 pm. It was 4 items. 3 off yhem were the same. Took them over 25 minutes to finally handed me the order. Had one guy who came right after me to place an order to eat in& he was waiting for more than 25 minutes or more. They had enough peoples working there but felt like thy were taking care of the drive thru more than delivery & peoples in line. The tables were all dirty. I was gonna ask for a cloth to wipe down the tables while waiting. This is nt the 1st time but kept my mouth shut but last night it was ridiculous. Hopefully they can speed it up.
