What a hidden gem in West Fargo. It’s not often that every dish from appetizers to desserts are phenomenal for every person in your party. We were thoroughly impressed and have been raving about Ziti’s ever since. The space fills up quickly so I would recommend making reservations prior to the day before your visit. I was able to do a walk-in without a reservation, and the estimated 40 minute wait was only 4 minutes (Saturday just before 5pm). The tiramisu cheesecake was amazing!!!!

Wonderful! The energy is welcoming and warm, such a comforting vibe right away. When we parked, you can smell the food from outside which built up the excitement even more because it smelt soooo good. Staff was kind and prompt, owners engagement also showed the care put into this space of delicious eats and shared conversation. Everything on the menu looked divine! Thank you for making our date night so lovely, appreciate you Zitis!

Excellent! What a great addition to West Fargo! The atmosphere is very nice & had character. The food was some of the best we’ve had in a long time. The shrimp scampi appetizer was full of flavor. The lasagna was like non I’ve ever had. My husband and I appreciated his pasta & mine had louds of sauce. We’ll be back!

Date night with my wife, we wanted to try this new italian restaurant in town and we were more than delighted . Warm atmosphere, great decoration, amazing service and delicious food. The Bruschetta Plate is something not to miss, we ordered spaghetti polpette ( spaghetti with meatballs) and Ziti Rosa with chicken, both were large and tasty portions. Overall, highly recommend need to reserve in advance, especially on friday and Saturday nights.

I loved going to this restaurant!! Everything was perfect. The environment feels cozy and relaxing. The staff were all very nice and answered all my questions!! The pasta was amazing but the cannoli was cold and tasted like it was just pulled out of the fridge. I can’t wait to come back here!

This is hands down the best restaurant in Fargo!! The atmosphere makes you feel warm and cozy like you are at a house having a meal with family. The owners make all the food from scratch and it’s to die for. The chocolate cake was the best I have ever had!!

Edit: second visit… carbonara, salmon and risotto, baguette w/ mozzarella, and a meat ball just to try. Everything was very good. The portions were generous enough that we did not have room for dessert. Next time we need to try a dessert.

We ordered the baguette with mozzarella and marinara, the Italian beef sandwich with pasta salad, and the Pappardelle Romano (fettuccine) with chicken.
The mozzarella cheese bread and marinara sauce were delicious. The Italian beef sandwich was juicy and packed with great flavor. The pasta salad, however, was a bit bland. The chicken fettuccine was very good—fresh pasta with rich, well-balanced flavor.
Note: Adding a protein to the pasta comes at an extra cost, which felt a little pricey for a lunch option.
Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be returning to explore more of the menu.

I had a great lunch today at Zitis. The service was perfection and the food amazing. I felt it was kind of drafty and the decor very typical. But for the amount of people there the noise level was good not too loud. I had pappadelle pasta and added tenderloin as a protein. My mom ordered lasagna and loved it. I also had a salad with vinaigrette dressing. The salad was okay. The pasta was a reasonable lunch sized serving and delicious. The bread they serve is hands down the best bread with dinner I have ever eaten. All food hot and to temp and silverware sparkling brand new. The prices aren’t bad either. I was happy to try this new Italian restaurant and hope to return.
