This is my first time at Shake Shack as I’ve always wanted to try their food. Their food reminds me of 5 Guys, but with a twist of Hardee’s. I ordered the Avocado Bacon Burger and it was delicious! The burger did not have a lot of juice, but it was above average! Their chicken nuggets have a different taste however, they were kind of salty. As for the honey mustard it’s spot on to Hardee’s! (When it comes to the drinks $3.50 is a lot of money compared to other establishments).

We were right close to the time when they close for the night and they were still available for service. They didn’t give us any kind of qualms about ordering so late which was very nice. The food was amazing. We give it a thumbs up.

I had the cashier logout the minute I was ready to order, kept peeking out to see if I was gone, had me waiting in line for 20 mins to order two Fries which ultimately tasted like burnt oil and ended up throwing away. I saw another customer return 2-3 times to exchange and complain about her order as well.

This place is OK but not great.
Their app has a feature where you request ketchup, but they do not provide it when you request it.
Their app also has a feature where you can request a well done burger, but they gave me a burger with pink in it.

I ordered the Shack Stack. There was definitely something wrong with it. The texture and smell were off, and it didn’t look or taste right at all.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Westfield Montgomery Mall. Mr. Usoff, the manager truly goes above and beyond to ensure top-quality service and food. It’s been a really long time since someone was so friendly and attentive to their customers. Thank you, Usoff!
