Emma and Heather made my sister and my visit extra special because they not only have amazing service, but there food is fresh, clean and delicious. We are from the Eastern Shore of Virginia and travel to Ohio quite a bit for work. This is by far the BEST Subway on our list. They are located on Kingsmill rd in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Got there about an hour before closing, the lady working there was being extremely rude and had quite the attitude on her head from the get go, then made me and my family go outside to eat because the tables were closed.. completely unreasonable behavior.

Service is So slow, and wow every other subway I’ve been gives you a good amount of meat. Not in the kingsmills location wow. I love subway but if I have to come here, I’ll never eat subway again.

Stopped into the store Sunday 8/18th. Was surprised to see only one person working. While handling 4 subs on a mobile order the employee was very welcoming even though over whelmed with orders.being patient with us, She made my wife and I subs exactly the way we wanted and they tasted amazing. We really appreciate her for showing up to work even when it meant being by her self all day and making the most out of it. She shows excellent customer service and deserves to be recognized.

Quite possibly the best subway I have ever had. We traveled from England to go to kings island and decided to stop off at a subway, there was a long line but we decided to wait.
The man behind the counter (Bobby) was so friendly and polite, and made literally the best subway sandwich I have ever eaten. He made sure to give us fresh ingredients and fresh bread, and despite being under immense pressure from working completely alone, he managed to make sure that every customer had a nice meal and felt important.
We came back the next day, mainly because of the great customer service, and it was the same again. Excellent customer service and an excellent meal. He even remembered us as his customers from the day before.

Disappointing Experience with Online Promotion Order
Review:
Our recent visit to Subway left us feeling quite disappointed. We availed ourselves of an online promotion offering BOGO, but unfortunately, the sandwiches we received were far from satisfactory. Despite ordering with high hopes, we found that the ingredients were scanty, resulting in an unusually slim sub. When we inquired about the discrepancy in both quality and quantity, the staff member’s response was less than accommodating, suggesting that additional toppings were necessary to achieve satisfaction. As loyal customers, we expected better from Subway, especially when taking advantage of promotions. Hopefully, the management addresses these concerns promptly to maintain the brand’s reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.

Ordered subs today online. There was only one guy behind the counter and he apologized that the sub wasn’t ready when I arrived. Another non customer was sitting in the restaurant waiting for me to leave. I had ordered the great garlic and asked for banana peppers. Upon receiving the subs, there is no chicken, no bacon, actually no banana peppers. Just a few pickles, jalapeno peppers, tomatoes, and lettuce on a bun.

If I could give this place negative stars I would! We ate here the last time we were in Ohio at Great Wolf and it was disgusting. I didn’t think you could screw up a Subway sandwich but it tasted soo bad I threw the rest of it away. But tonight for some reason we decided after another trip to Ohio to give this place one more shot. Maybe because we were starving and wanted to eat as soon as we left the park. We walked in at about 8:20pm and ordered 2 foot longs and 3 6inch sandwiches. The guy had to have all the bread out to cut it first. So we told him what bread we wanted. He dropped his knife mid cutting the sandwiches and kicked it across the floor. He then proceeded to make the sandwiches and ripped the bread instead of getting another knife. My husband and I were not happy about this sloppy display, so we just walked out and left the food behind. I know good help is hard to find but this Subway needs to do better! There was no excuse for that at all.

Ordered online and went to pick up my order. There was only one employee working, but he was very efficient and super kind. My order was perfect and delicious. Highly recommend this location! Just please be patient with staff when there’s just one person!! 🙂
