The food is mediocre, never seems fresh… my kids love it because they can have an endless amount of chicken nuggets, but for the adults, everything is flavorless and warm… never hot unless you get the BBQ grill. On top of that the customer service is TERRIBLE. The worst customer service I’ve EVER dealt with. I had to chase to woman around the restaurant with my food that I had made on the grill. She completely ignored me and gave it to someone else. I do NOT recommend this place. It has gone WAY down hill in the past 2 years.

Disgusting! We ate at New China Buffet tonight and were highly disappointed. There was very little food selection(lots of empty pans) and one customer was picking up and eating things directly from the buffet with her fingers. Then to top off our horrible experience, there were roaches crawling all over the walls. Then to bring more insult to injury, the entire family can’t stay out of the bathroom. We will NEVER go back

Just drove 10 hours for work. Stopped in at Walmart in the same parking lot. Wanted some Chinese tonight. Went in at 8:00pm tonight. Site says they close at 10pm. They closed early at 9:00pm. Slim pickins on food. Not much variety. Food was cold. Didn’t check IDs on beer. Restaurant was humid and floors were wet. Floor signs everywhere. They did give us a 10 percent discount, probably cuz they knew how bad everything was. But the main reason I’m writing my review is because after I cashed out at $22.00, went outside to check my credit card balance and noticed I was charged $26.40. I did the math and they charged me a 20% gratuity. That’s credit card fraud.

Some foods had been out for a while, they became hard and dry. Staff is usually good about refreshing those items. I would eat here more often if the take home box was less than 12 bucks.

well went to the New China Buffet by wal-mart but don’t ever go there i have sever food poisoning. Its awful and so gross. If you have sea food allergy never go there horrid selection. The catering was bad they were eating while severing us. SO GROSS. NOT RECOMMENDED

They dont even deserve the one star couldnt eat half the food there it was so hard like it had been sitting all day long .the chicken nuggets that was put on my grandbabies plates was to hard for them to eat. Watered down sweet tea. Our server never checked on us to see if everything was alright or if we needed anything. They were over priced . Will not go back .

Only good thing about this place is the friendly staff. The food is not good. You have to scrap the bottom of the pan to get anything out. It’s never fresh. It’s cold and they do not get in any hurry to get it filled back up. Will no longer go here.

Since our kids are grown we rarely eat in. Usually do take out,but have always enjoyed the food,and never had any problems with our service when web are there or ordered out. It’s always been clean,even the bathrooms.

Barely stocked, luke warm food.
The place in general was meh. When it’s 91° outside, you don’t want to sit and eat a meal inside with the same temperature. I sweat it was a le a freaking oven in there.
Everything tasted as if it had been purchased at walmart 2 days ago.
To make matters worse, I lost my lunch as soon as we got home.
ADD ON: it’s been a couple hours and I’m still throwing up. In the morning, I will be calling the proper officials to have them check this restaurant out.
