Ordered honey chicken with chicken fried rice. Chicken fried rice costs $2 extra but barely any chicken. Rice had no flavour and no veggies besides onions. They put broccoli in their honey chicken and it tasted awful. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars and not 1 is because the honey chicken part was good.

I will never return to this nasty chop suey. Horrible customer service. The food quality was hot and bland. Lastly, if you ask for extra egg, onion, or scallions. They’ll charge you for it. However, they do NOT give it to you.
I’ll rather go somewhere that can follow simple instructions for food I AM paying for.

I will start by saying that the owners of the business were very friendly when trying to help me, but this situation has been frustrating. I wasn’t aware that a Door Dash driver would be delivering my food since I placed my order for delivery through No. 1 China Restaurant’s website directly. The website needs to clearly state to customers before they place their orders that delivery is through Door Dash, not a “trusted third party deliver service.” Door Dash is not a trusted third party delivery service. My Door Dash driver never delivered my food. If I knew that delivery would be through Door Dash, I would have just gone to pick up myself. I’ve since issued a refund with Door Dash, and I hope money is refunded both to me and this establishment. Door Dash Driver, if you can hear me: I hope you enjoyed my food and my tip! Happy Holidays!

This is a great little hole in the wall but amazing Chinese restaurant! I stumbled upon it while having a craving for Hot & Sour soup. The location is easy to get to off Lindbergh. I was amazing how many locals were inside ordering food and taking it to go. It seems to be mostly a to go spot. I was given some recommendations right there from some of their most loyal customers. Hands down their general tso chicken was indeed great. And the soup I craved didn’t disappoint! I’ll be back.

Remember: you elected to not pay for a white linen tablecloth and table silverware better than your own. It is takeout kids, let’s evaluate it from there. On that basis, you are first looking at speed and taste. I call ahead. If they say “ready in 10 minutes”, it is. Fast food isn’t necessarily good; this is the exception. The quality is there and is consistent. Atmosphere? Seriously, it is takeout. The folks at the front counter have always been friendly & willing to adjust orders for customers. Good choice for lunch or dinner. Precautions for social distancing are in place.

This place is horrible. The rice have no taste and they put broccoli in the general tso shrimp when I told her I was allergic she wouldn’t refund my money. The egg roll had a sour taste. Total waste of my money.

I’m pretty happy with the order. I understand what people are saying about the flavor/seasoning but here’s the thing; The Pandemic greatly affected/ is affecting most people and many businesses right now. Kudos to them for hanging in there and trying to keep customers happy with the prices and portions without hurting their wallets or ours.Sure it can be a bummer remembering that pre 2019 flavor but in 2021 many ingredients are harder to come by with heftier prices. If I need to add a little something to my rice so be it and I’m grateful they are humble and kind enough
to not greatly increase prices while decreasing portions and quality like many other businesses have.

The worst case of food poisoning ever! I threw up 4 times between 8am and 12 pm. My stomach pain was on a level I never felt ever in my life! It was like somebody was stick a knife in my pancreas ever time I moved so i canceled my work appointments and been laying in bed recovering all day today. It was definitely the chicken and as a professional cook myself, I can guarantee you they had that chicken sitting out unrefridgerated for days! I wouldn’t recommend eating here cause I’m sure that the Health practices goes way beyond than just that.
