The food was good and the employees were very nice. They have a decent verity on the menu too. It’s kinda difficult to spot as you drive by though, and they need to update the interior and make it easier to see that they are open for business from the outside. My son and I have made it our weekend go to spot.

I ordered the burger time combo with onion rings and added bacon. Received the order a short time later and upon first glimpse the burger looked ok. Let me just say the onion rings was the best part of the meal. Burger had no bacon, the patty was thin and very dry. Just not a good burger especially for the hefty price of 9 bucks. Not recommended, especially when Blake’s is right across the street.

Usually enjoy this place. We often order the combo burrito when driving pass a Burger Time. Went through the drive thru ordering two combo burritos, paid for them, but when we drove away had two skinny ground beef burritos. Disappointing experience from a chain we usually enjoy.

A lot of locals think this place is a drug front because there are almost never any cars in the parking lot. And while locals may have given up on this place after all these years I think the food is still as good as it was when I was a kid if not better. Just make sure you avoid the Solano location because it is kind of depressing and not nearly as good as this one

I happen to be staying at the La Quinta next door to the Burger Time on Avenida de Mesilla in Las Cruces. In looking at the menu, I noticed the crummy reviews. I looked out my window and realized that there were no cars in the parking lot, but the business was obviously open. I wanted a burger and I didn’t feel like driving for it, so I got a cheeseburger and fries to go and I was delighted. That’s all I can say except for I would definitely go back again….

I’m here now and the customer service is lacking. There’s not even a standard greeting of Good Morning, please or thank you. It seems like they’re annoyed that we are even here. Las Cruces has hundreds of places with worse food but much better customer service.

When I pulled in there was no one there so I commented we were going to have old hamburger meat. I ordered and the meat went went on the grill. It was great. Plus the place was spotless.
