Absolutely amazing shop! Maybe the few negative reviews were from people you just can’t satisfy! We were greeted with a friendly welcome when we walked in.
Decides to try the caramel & pecan caramel apple, the double caramel pecan apple and the English toffee. All 3 were the best we’ve ever had!! Will definitely visit again if we’re in the area.

One of the best place in Eureka Springs downtown, Owned by the sweetest people in the world. And I would really recommend to everyone to pay a visit for sure whenever you are in Eureka springs downtown. I was a little suprised that the reviews were so low. We popped in as we were passing by and got some sugar free chocolate for my husband and macarons for my daughter. I was really surprised to see in some of the reviews that they had stale macarons. I lived in France for 6 months 4 years ago and had macarons often. I don’t usually order macarons in the US because I’m often disappointed but I decided to taste some of my daughter’s. Oh my goodness, there was one that I did not like the flavor of at all but 4 of them were amazing and dare I say, better than any I’ve tasted here or in France. It was totally the filling. I am a person who loves frosting to be as big as my cupcake and these tasted like they had delicious cupcake frosting in them. I don’t know, but the ones we ordered were amazing. My favorites were birthday cake and violet but I can’t remember the other two. My husband enjoyed his sugar free chocolate very much as well. We also got our pup a dog treat as well, cute!

We were blown away by the delicious treats and awesome customer service Ellen and her husband offered! Our first night we visited we got the most delicious Godiva chocolate cheesecake and pistachio chocolate. Amazing!! Ellen took us aside and gave us all these pamphlets filled with great info and maps of the town. She circled must do’s and thoroughly enjoyed sharing her love of the town. We loved her and the treats so much we were sure to go back the next day! We got a chocolate covered strawberry, ice cream, and the most amazing (not even kidding, get it!!) turtle caramel apple. It was the most delicious thing I’ve ever eaten! The caramel was nice and soft, the chocolate melted in your mouth, the tart apple offset the sweetness and was crispy. Mmmmhhhh, I want to go back for another one! Seriously, go get you one if you are in town!!

We visited today and have been here several times over the years. Today, I think ate one of everything. Kidding, but we wanted to. We had a VERY picky teen with us, but she found ice cream and macaroons. I had ice cream, a peanut butter cookie, and a caramel apple; and my friend had macaroons, and ice cream. All was perfect. My husband’s favorite is the caramel apples and the chocolate case. The ham and cheese sandwichs are awesome. The owners are so sweet and helpful. Yes, sometimes there is a line, but that’s because everybody knows this place is great. It’s worth the wait. We ❤️ it here.

Heidi is a saint! We spent a few hours here during a snow storm, and Heidi and her staff really made us feel at home. She even allowed our dog to stay warm and hand fed him smoked turkey. We ate all our breakfasts here, the danish and turnovers were delicious. I can’t say enough good things about this place, it’s a hometown joint with homemade delights.

Initially not greeted by staff and after a bit staff acknowledged me not with a smile, not with a hello; instead I was greeted by a demand that I leave due to me having ice cream that they did not serve. I was more than happy to comply with their demand. Kindness cost nothing but a lack of kindness cost business to be lost.
