The food was incredible! My son had the “Angry Pig” and said it was the best burger he’s ever had and that’s saying something! The food looks and tastes beautiful. I would have posted a picture but we dove in immediately. Steven was amazing and went out of his way to make sure we had the best dining experience after 13 hours on the road. Definitely recommend this place!

We had the hotel breakfast here. It was good to try something different from the standard hotel complimentary breakfast. We had the breakfast burrito, Benedict, and omelet. All of them were fine, giving it was an on-site restaurant of holiday inn. Nonetheless, I would not recommend coming to this place if you’re not staying at holiday inn.

Really enjoyed our burgers and the firecracker shrimp appetizer. Really enjoyed chatting with the bartender/waitress. The atmosphere is pretty chill but apparently gets busy after about 730pm. Definitely worth arriving early for dinner.

I am not a burger person but my husband and I decided to give this place a try as it was recommended by a friend. The burger was so flavorful and juicy! I didn’t expect it to be inside a Holiday Inn, either.

What great find for me. Only thought it was for people staying at the hotel. Open to the public for dining. Friendly staff and food is great. Breakfast buffet is awesome. Be back soon!

It’s not closed. But it sure looks like it is. The food is good, and our server was nice, but I don’t know how they will stay in business if they look closed. If you come in the door that’s indicated as the restaurant and not the Holiday Inn, the lights are off and there are straps across the restaurant. It looks closed. If you are persistent, you discover you can walk in by the front desk. It was completely empty, and I couldn’t help but wonder if it’s because the entrance is so wildly uninviting. The prices are way high too, not like a regular Burger Theory, which are more in line with upscale fast food. These prices are more like hotel restaurant prices. You do get good food, but not good enough to pay hotel prices. So not sure why we were the only party present for 2 hours at lunchtime, but there you go.

Wanted a burger but not the same old thing. Looked at previous reviews and gave this place a try. It is in a hotel so don’t come expecting a hopping atmosphere. BUT, if you are looking for a juicy, tasty burger with fries and onion rings and outstanding, friendly service try this place! I had no real expectations coming in but left being really impressed!

Restaurant inside the Holiday Inn Express. Has happy hour from 4-6. For dinner I ordered the Angry Pig. This was a spicy burger. For breakfast I went with the breakfast burrito covered in green chile. Both were very enjoyable. The meals were $13 for breakfast and dinner was $30 but also had 2 local beers with that meal. I feel it’s a great option if you don’t want to leave the hotel and find a restaurant.

Order a hamburger that took over 30
Mins to come out and when it did was pink inside. Ordered pulled pork nachos but I wanted “cilantro sauce” on the side. It came with “sauce” all over. Pulled pork was good .There was no black bean salsa just salsa and waiter says it’s never came like that, but menu says it does. He says “ well at least it’s happy hour”. On the bright side he didn’t charge us.
