I just want to give a huge shout-out to the manager at Papa Murphy’s in American Canyon, CA.
She knows us. She knows our names, remembers our orders, and somehow manages to run the entire store with so much calm, kindness, and confidence. Every time we come in, everything just works. You can tell she’s the reason that place runs so smoothly and does SO much business.
She’s one of those people who is clearly capable of so much, and it shows in how well that store is run and how the staff interacts with customers. It feels welcoming, personal, and genuinely cared for, which is rare these days.
We keep coming back not just because the pizza is good, but because of her. She makes the experience better every single time.
