The Worst Food in the Fast food business. The Food was low quality. Had a bad taste and slimy taste. The young man in the window was nice but the older man said, “he must be crazy to come here” Which could mean he is racist since im Black. The Food Health inspector needs to pay this restaurant a visit. It doesn’t need to be in business. The worst apple pies ever. Apple pies were worst than those $1 pies in a box at a gas station. Fries was slimy. Im wishing I took my business to McDonald’s or Taco Bell because this restaurant almost gave me food poisoning if I would’ve ate more than the few bites I ate.

I was in the area and I walked in for a bite. I remember all the fond memories as a kid of the A&W. The order takers on skates coming up and taking you order. The trays they placed the bounty of food on the side of your car. Getting your parents to buy you root beer so you can go home and make root beer floats! I miss those memories, sadly you don’t get that experience. The location was clean and the food was good, the forgot to ask if we wanted any condiments and had to ask for them. I forgot to ask for a root beer float I had meant to take on my way home.

This is my very first time trying out A&W, it’s combined with a KFC. I decided to just try from the A&W. The restaurant was clean, spacious, and pretty much empty, which meant we got our food fast. Once the food arrived, I had the burger. The burger was way better then I was expecting. The fries were KFC fries, but still delicious. I would love to come here again. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had.

Our hotel was down the street when we arrived we were just looking for some fast food to take back to our hotel eat and go to bed but when we ate the food it tasted like it sat under a warmer all day and all 3 of us got food poisoning projectile vomited all night would not recommend coming to this a&w/kfc. The people were nice and location is ok but again something wrong with their food.

Fast food sucks in general but this was top 3 worse. So bad I felt like I need to write a review. Food held way past hold times. Root beer floats practically melted when they were handed to me. I’m not even asking for perfect but with nobody in the drive thru or lobby I was rushed and food was garbage. It’s really my fault tho fast food is what it is

I don’t come here often, but I across the street at the hospital after work one night and needed a quick bite to eat. The food was fine, nothing fancy from a fast food place. I do love the Onion rings and baby corn dogs though.
The service is hit or miss though. I walked in, thinking it would be faster than going through the drive through (that had 2 people in line). One person was waiting for food, so I ordered my food and drink and waited…. Waited a bit too long for just a burger and onion rings. The couple that came in 3-4 minutes after me got their food before me. Don’t know if the workers were newer, or just didn’t realize that I hadn’t gotten my food. But I finally got it after 6-7 minutes of waiting and it wasn’t even that warm. I was super hungry, so I wasn’t going to complain.
Maybe they just have off days, or different people have a different pace/awareness of what is happening. I’ll be back eventually, cause I’ll be in the area and want something to eat.

As a person who has eaten A&W back when it was good, I find the current reality to be heartbreaking each time I make the mistake of eating here.
The burgers bear no resemblance to the once great teen burger. And don’t get me started on KFC chicken: total trash.
