First time checking out this restaurant. Our kids got a cheese pizza and one thing they liked was the garlic butter flavor on the crust. While we got a burrito and steak street tacos. Portion size was perfect for the price. The staff were super friendly and the restaurant was very clean.

Fantastic experience for my first visit to Guaco Taco. I initially entered and was hesitant to order since I wasn’t very hungry. When I said I’d come back another time the restaurant offered to buy my lunch! An unexpected delight and a considerate gesture. They were not aware of my popular status as a Google reviewer when offering to buy my lunch.
The food was absolutely incredible. I ordered the chicken quesadilla which was filling and flavorful. The guacamole was fantastic as was the mild and verde salsa.
Be sure to try their spicy sauce if your a fan of heat it wasn’t the hottest but had wonderful flavor.

I went with my mom today and we really enjoyed our lunch! She got the vegetarian taco (not pictured), and I got the taco plate with one chicks and one steak taco. We were both really happy with our lunch and I’ll definitely go again!

Whatever has happened in the past, I am sorry for those people that couldn’t find the taste. To me, today my first experience was great, I had the pork tacos, I am Colombian, and this food was delicious and it sit very well on my system. The green sauce that you see on the top is so yummy, it gives the perfect balance to the meat. The red little one to the right side of the picture, felt so fresh and it tasted amazing. They offer you if you need more they will give you more. I feel like people were pretty rough on the low reviews.
Honestly, there are other restaurants that will offer Mexican Food, but it is not authentic at all, it will actually make me sick. But this one at Guaro Taco felt very healthy!! I will be back to try their pizza soon!

If you live here, you know there are plenty run-of-the-mill Mexican restaurants around here. I think that’s why it took me so long to try Guaco Taco. I’m super quality conscious—a bone-broth kind of gal, and I just don’t get excited about run-of-the-mill food. But my mind was blown this past week after finally stepping into Guaco Taco, enough that I’m writing my very first food review.
I’ve made two orders in the past week: got street-taco plates each time (chicken then steak) plus some guacamole and spicy green sauce. Within my first couple bites, I knew this was different—not just fresh but artisanal, too! I could taste the history. I just had a ball bouncing from flavor to flavor. Plates come with beans, rice, chips, salsa, little jalapeno slices, a lime wedge, and a radish. The chicken and steak are both delicious and the helpings are generous. I love that the steak is finely sliced. The guac is great, and the spicy green sauce is just a revelation to me. I told my family to sample it, and they loved it too! It’s just that artisanal difference, impossible to put into words.
While I enjoyed the street tacos, my husband and kids enjoyed pizza from Space Force Pizza. They happily reported that they enjoy Space Force Pizza more than our usual pizza go-to. So, this is our new go-to! Our thanks to Manuel the owner, too, for making us feel at right at home each visit. -Sarah C.

Ordered the chicken bean and rice burrito. The burrito tastes great and so did the chips. The sauce they served to go with the chips was not good at all. You can clearly see the burnt herbs in the pictures and it tastes burnt. Also the sauce is very watered down. Would not recommend the sauces

I absolutely recommend trying a sample of the Tortilla soup. It’s my go to comfort soup in the local area. The soup lifts my spirits with the first slurp, deeelicious. Best tortilla soup I have had ever and also am a huge patron of the nachos. Thank you Chef Manuel.

We had the asada, pork and chicken taco plates with the kids nachos. Steak tacos were actually steak flavorful, tender and delicious. The chicken tacos had slow roasted chicken, unlike other places that poach it and the pork tacos had a pile of smoked carnitas that was full of flavor. All with a side of beans, rice and chips/salsa. If you are expecting your run of the mill Mexican restaurant with tomatoey salsa and queso, this is not it. Food is top quality, service excellent and relaxing atmosphere. Owner mentioned they now have a liquor license and soon want to add live music. Great place for a date night!
