We used the catering service for my dad’s birthday celebration. The food was delicious and amazing. The Mac and cheese and the salmon went fast, the greens, the green beans, peach cobbler, BBQ chicken, candied yam and seafood rice were all delicious. She had her own twist to this southern cuisine and as the older folks like to say she put her foot in it.
The deliver was on time, actually early and the delivery person was properly dressed and very informative.

I had the salmon, yellow rice (included), with sides of cabbage and Mac & cheese. Everything was delicious, the salmon flavorful and juicy, the Mac was perfectly cheesy, and the cabbage was perfectly seasoned with a light kick. Oh and I can’t forget the cornbread (also included)… nothing like you’ve ever had. Two thumbs up for sure!!!
