This woman is who you need to see when you come to this location for your everything ham needs. She is awesome! Someone needs to give that very great woman a raise. Everyone knows the food is awesome here, but what is even better is the outstanding customer service! I didn’t get the very nice lady’s name, but I think she’s one of the managers. She couldn’t have been more help and it’s service like her’s that makes a customer come back over and over. She was working on 12/26 @ around 3:45pm. Whoever owns the place better keep her around….

We had a great experience with Neesa today; we didn’t order ahead and there was no trouble at all getting a ham for our large group. She was so nice and helpful, as well, as the sweet lady whose name I didn’t get. We had bad service earlier in the day at another business and it was so refreshing to talk to kind people. Please go to this location, they will treat you well.

I can’t think of anything I’ve had at Honeybaked Ham here in Heath that hasn’t been DELICIOUS!! I’ve had a lady named Debbie that has usually helped me with my orders. She is very friendly and helpful, goes above and beyond. The sandwiches are always so tasty and my husband and I also love the ribs you can buy and heat up at home. Much better than any you could buy at the grocery store and I would even say get at a restaurant! If you’ve never been there, you should definitely stop in!

My wife ordered ham sandwich and salad. I ordered turkey sandwich and potato chips and small drinks. Food was great for first time visit. Also, ordered a ham and turkey for pickup for Thanksgiving. The morning associate seem to have an attitude like she didn’t want to be there. The afternoon associate was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Prices were reasonable.
