Excellent experience! This spot is located at the boardwalk with excellent views and a romantic outdoor patio area that views the boardwalk. The menu is well done, leveraging fresh ingredients with explosive flavors, and a true European-French style fare. Try the wood fired sourdough bread. The seasonal salad was to die for and the ragu gnocchi was made custom for me as a vegetarian and it was excellent. My son had the wagyu burger with truffle fries. He said it was amazing, well flavored and that the fries were incredible. We had the deconstructed chocolate cake as well which was delectable. The drink menu is excellent and their house sangria is awesome. The two bartenders were amazing, friendly and were great at helping me navigate the menu and what to try. This spot is clean, featuring soft romantic lighting, and a partial split/open vibe while being quiet and relaxed.

This restaurant is exactly what the Boardwalk at Granite Park needed! Flamant has a fabulous upscale ambiance. I enjoyed a nice, relaxing dinner on the patio.. Our server Diego was excellent.
The Wood Fired Bread appetizer was amazing! Also enjoyed the chicken sandwich. It did not come with enough fries though. The Deconstructed Chocolate cake for dessert was definitely made for sharing. I look forward to trying other menu options next time.

I wanted to love this restaurant, but too many of the dishes we tried were just ok and weren’t served hot. I’m going to start with the Deconstructed Cake, which is the first picture. I have to tell you that it what it is because otherwise you would never know. Who would take a perfectly good piece of cake and literally crumble it up on a plate? It looked like someone ate it first then threw it up and served it to us. I was not impressed. It was dry and lifeless. The other menu items that some of us ordered were the Cacio de Pepe – it was pretty good, but really small, the Wagu Burger – just a burger, and the Spaghetti and Meatballs – the meatballs tasted like they were cooked rare, but when we asked they said they were cooked sous vide. They still seemed raw and too mushy to me and we could not eat them. If you want to go for the service and atmosphere, order an Old Fashioned, the Faux Gras and the Truffle Fries. Save yourself about $500 and go have dinner somewhere else.

They use this wood fire grill that makes all the food taste the same. The server told me it was supposed to taste like that and it brings out the flavors, but the flavor is burnt. We made salmon at home last night that was so much better, and not overcooked for $29. The salmon was also puny.
Really wanted to like this place. The octopus was uneatable with the same char, also overcooked. Crab pasta was good. The also had a dip as an appetizer, that was the highlight. Drinks were also good but took forever, took 30min to get me a beer. Overall, not worth the high end price.

Came here for date night after hearing the chef was a James Beard nominee known for blending Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, and French modern flavors—and it definitely lived up to the hype.
We sat on the patio, which had the perfect atmosphere for an intimate dinner. Started with the muhammara (absolutely incredible!) and their wood-fired bread, then tried the octopus, wood-fired ribeye, and finished with the Crème Brûlée. Everything was delicious—the only dish that didn’t wow us was the octopus, which was just okay—but the rest completely made up for it.
Their cocktail list is also impressive, especially the variety of espresso martinis. Highly recommend trying the Breakfast in Marseille—smooth, balanced, and the perfect finish to the night.
We’ll definitely be back!

Food was mediocre at best. Mussels very fishy, croquettes were literally just deep fried mashed potatoes, tartare was bland, meatballs were meh, steak was okay – not worth $50, and the pasta just tasted like fishy noodles. The prices do not reflect the quality of food here, you’re paying for ambiance. Heaters on the patio are way too warm. The service was extremely slow, they weren’t that busy- servers just standing around chatting. We were excited as the menu looked interesting and somewhat unique but were very disappointed with the quality of the food. We paid $300+ and honestly wish we just went to grab a burger instead. Will not visit again, do not recommend.

Stopped in for happy hour. They had a variety of happy hour specials for both food and drink. Upscale vibe and they take reservations. We had the salmon dip and albóndigas. The albóndigas were really good, highly recommend. Salmon dip was good but the pita chips they come with are paper thin and not suited for dip really. Drinks are hit or miss and some are premixed. Over all great service, cool and comfortable vibe. Worth checking out.

Probably one of the best dining experiences I have had in a while! Loved the wait staff- friendly and helpful! Amy H was our waitress and we loved her! Food was out of this world delicious and so fresh! We got the beef tartar, potato croquettes and savory canolis for appetizers and the crab pasta was simple yet so flavorful and fresh! That ceasar salad- I’ll be dreaming about until I come back to enjoy it the next time! Great cocktails too- unique espresso martinis and I enjoyed the Rhu-Barbra Streisand. Love the ambiance too- small and elevated feel but approachable and not stuffy.

Swanky euro bistro by day, swanky euro lounge by night. It’s giving Ibiza. Every dish is aesthetically stunning and incredibly delicious. Lunch menu is quick & easy, true bistro style. Dinner menu is sexy and exciting. Drink menu is stupid outta control – sgroppino all day, every day.
Lunch stand outs are the Ital grinder sandwich & the chicken Caesar wrap. Truffles fries.
Dinner menu is vibes. The music, the atmosphere, the fare – it’s all stellar. The chicken pesto pasta is so fresh, so good and the wood fire steak is beyond.
And omg get the artichokes (a side) as an app w the garlic aioli. It’s insane.
They also offer an all you can eat brunch on Saturday & Sunday for $40! $40!!!
Concept from the Michelin recommended rye & apothecary (in Dallas) deserves all the attention because this place is so different than EVERYTHING in the burbs.

Food and drinks here are all amazing! I love the patio renovation they did and the indoor/outdoor area is cute and fun. The burger is honestly life changing. I rated 4 stars instead of 5 because the Wednesday $10 burger special is honestly very sketchy. It’s posted on their website and all over their social media but they’ll charge you full price ($20) unless you specifically ask for the discounted price, which has to be authorized by a manager. Basically, they’ll give you the discounted price if you ask for it but it’s not automatic, which is very deceitful.
