My kids FAVORITE place to visit and myself. If I would let my kids they would literally wanna come here everyday….. Pelican’s offers so many different flavors. They also offer cute little kiddie snowball options. My kids love the Unicorn, Dinosaur and Shark flavors. I also love how reasonable Pelican’s is. They also have plenty of parking and seats in the shade or sun and fun little activities outside for the kids to keep busy and burn off that sugar high. Definitely a fun place to visit for everyone!!!!

Came on Monday and loved it, wanted to come back before the end of our trip. Closed Tues-Thursday which makes sense it’s the off season. Tried to come on Friday, said they open at 4:30. We get there around 4:35 and the open sign is on. We wait over 10 minutes and knocked on both the drive through window and the front window and no one is there. Already having such limited hours and then not even being open then. Really frustrating as we drove around waiting for them to open.

The waitress handed me a snowckne that was literally overflowing with minimal ice and so much flavor syrup, and the syrup was all over the cup and she expected me to accept it to get all over my clothes and in my car. She seemed to get offended when I asked her to do something with it and clean the cup up so I could even handle it. She said, “sugar free flavors melt faster,” that may be, but in this instance, this was excessive syrup. And as expected, I had to dump most of the syrup out of the cup, just to be able to eat it, since it was overflowing the cup. This is SAD, since these aren’t cheap, at excess of $6+ a pop!
I MIGHT go back to this location once more, just because the other employees there have more common sense than thos young lady as to not hand someone something to eat so poorly presented and disgusting they wouldn’t accept it themselves…if it happens again, I WON’T be back and I will contact the owner. This was unacceptable on any level.

So good. You can get ice cream in the middle if that’s your thing and 107 flavors to choose from. They are not stingy with the syrup like most other places where it just sinks to the bottom where you end up eating ice. You can even get a little cup for your dog that comes with a treat. Plus the workers are very kind and are on top of cleaning the tables so your not sitting in a sticky puddle. Will be back for sure.
