Me and my boyfriend order our food online. We got the buy one and free sub. This time it was a horrendous experience with the employees over a sandwich that was a mistake. Soooo. The employee was making sandwiches from left to right and my boyfriend’s sandwich was the one with peppercorn. He didn’t notice that was his Sandwich until the man was already fixing other people’s sandwiches along with ours. We asked the man if that was our sandwich and he said yeah. My boyfriend asked if they could remake over. The employees agreed until it was a so-called manager( lady in photo) being belligerent towards us. We also were told it wasn’t any Italian herb and cheese bread for our sandwiches but instead, we were lied to and another customer got it. She also tried to refuse service from us and the lady but the nice older lady ( customer) helped us out because the manager wanted us to pay for the sandwich we didn’t touch or eat! It’s never that serious over a sandwich! Never will come here AGAIN!!! STOP BEING CHEAP!! Treat others like how you would want to be treated!

App order placed for pick up and when I arrived 10 minutes after the time they hadn’t even started the order and looked confused. Then they proceeded to speak to each other but never offered an apology to me. When the order was done and bagged he slid it on the counter never thanking me or again saying a word about the wait. Lousy customer service and I’m pretty sure it was the owner himself.

Nastiest subway around, if i could put zero stars i would. Two days in a row went to this subway, The first day i ordered online and they gave me the completely wrong sandwich and wouldn’t let me get what i actually ordered so instead i had to eat some nasty soggy sandwich that wasn’t mine. While eating this already nasty sub i realized they used raw zucchini instead of cucumbers. last I checked Subway doesn’t even sell zucchini. The second day i went in there and said something about the zucchini and they said they didn’t understand what i was saying as they continued to put raw zucchini on people’s sandwiches.

Wow . Bread was soft and chewey with just the right amount of flakyness on the top. Veggies were bright green, crunchy and cold. Meat was tasty. Just the right amount of the condiments. Both my sandwiches were so good I had to eat half of each when l normally only eat a 6″. Will be back for certain.

Stopped in for a quick lunch; this was my first time at this location, I ordered my usual The Cold Cut Combo sub w/ a drink & cookies. I couldn’t see the guy put the meat on my sandwich because they have that section hidden so when got back to my office and opened my sandwich, I seriously disappointed to find that the sub I paid $13.00 for only had bologna on it.

I’m very disappointed in this particular store. I went to order some subs for my family and everything I had ask for was unavailable. We settled for what was available. There were no cookies and only 1 Gatorade no ranch no pickles no mozzarella cheese no meatballs and so on . I purchased 2 foot longs a bag of chips and 1 Gatorade $17.95 . When we got home to eat the bread was extremely hard and crumbling , and the taste wasn’t the best either. I grabbed up everything and drove back to the store. When I got there the employees did not know how to do a refund. I asked for the manager there was no manager available. I left my telephone number and name for a call back, and never got one. The next day I called the store and ask for the manager, the manager was still unavailable. I was given a telephone number for the manager but never got an answer. Just a waste of money I pay for something and couldn’t even eat it.

Ordered on the subway website last night and got my food delivered and spent $30 on two sandwiches that were completely wrong! Both breads were wrong and supposed to be toasted and got them not toasted and completely cold! Called and ask to speak to a manager and told him what happened and he tried arguing with me saying that he made the order correct and got rude! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION they are AWFUL!

My boyfriend and I went today to get lunch and there were either 4 or 5 people in front of us waiting to give there order to get there sandwich. Very little meat on our sandwiches, asked if we wanted our sandwich toasted (sandwich was getting bacon on it) There was a lot of dressing on one end of the sandwich and little to none on the other side. I asked for pickles on my sandwich and the employee gave me very little even when I asked for more pickles. When they finished making our sandwiches we went to checkout and I overheard the customer waiting behind us trying to order her sandwich and the employee told her she had to wait because they had to get these mobile orders out. They were more focused on the mobile orders than helping the customers in the store. When we got home to eat our sandwiches I started eating mine and knew something was off but couldn’t tell. By the time I started the second half I knew what was wrong. My bread was not cooked all the way. So it was doughy with every bite. I tried to still eat it because I was hungry. I ended up not able to keep it down and now I feel sick and don’t want to eat anything
