It’d been on our mind but spontaneously we decided to hit the road and came to Reno Nevada. As soon as we arrived at our hotel(Home2suites by Hilton) we were hungrier than some horses. We looked up local restaurants and Nayaab was the closest one with best reviews. It’s hard to find good indian food places when you’re traveling. But this has now become our favorite places to eat at in Reno(Carson city). There food was amazing from everything we ordered. My favorite was the butter chicken, tandoori chicken and kashmiri Rogan Josh (lamb or mutton). Rest of my family is vegetarian and they were amazed by the taste of all vegetarian dishes. I forgot to mention the samosas are too good. You must try them if you’re here. We will definitely keep coming to this restaurant when we visit again. They are very considerate of children and their spice levels. MUST TRY !

Nayaab is a true hidden gem! The butter chicken was so good, rich, creamy, and full of flavor. The naan was unbelievably fresh, soft, warm, makes you want to order a second order. It scooped up every bit of that delicious sauce like a dream. Honestly, some of the best naan I’ve ever had. Definitely a must-visit!

This place is GOATed! The bone-in goat dish is literally goated, and everything else we ate was amazing. Chicken tandoori was fire, the naan was moist and delicious, and the Samosas were fabulous. Definitely coming back here! It’s in a mall food court so there are other tasty places to eat as well. May even do some shopping at the nearby store that is my namesake next time.

I wasn’t expecting much from a mall food court but decided to try this place based on good google reviews. I’m glad I did. The Chana masala that I ordered was the best Indian dish I’ve had in Reno, and as good as any I’ve had anywhere really (including India). Would highly recommend this place

Truly fantastic Indian. Great bhatura chole (cooked to order!), daal, tikka, even lemon pickle! Naan is also excellent. As good as some of the best in the Bay (Vik’s, Ajanta, etc). Owner is a JOY to talk to and his enthusiasm is only eclipsed by the quality of the food. Love it!

Nayaab has been wonderful the two times I’ve had it. The butter chicken today was fantastic, and the Meet Yakhni I had a few weeks ago was delicious. I’m sad that Tokyo Grill closed and took my usual favorite (Beef Udon) with it, but I’m happy to have Nayaab take over as my go-to!

We bumped into this halal place on our way to skiing. Butter chicken was a bit sweet. Nothing special. Samosas were fresh and tasty. Chicken lollipop was flavorful, but on a sweeter side. Garlic naan was amazing. Chowmen was not very special. I think this restaurant is good for snacks, not for meals. I would come again to try the dishes like ribs and chops that they need an advance notice.

WOW. The chicken was so tender and there was lots of it! It was SO TASTY. One of the best Indian meals I’ve ever had… it was spicy and complex and the marinade penetrated all the way through the chicken. Delicious pickled onions and sauces too! The guys were also so nice. I forgot to order extra rice and so they gave me some for free. If I lived in Reno I’d be getting food here regularly! I had the Tandoordi Malai Tikka, give it a try 😉

This the the absolute best Indian Indian food Ive had in Reno. The location is so clean and well taken care of. The food is absolutely delicious. There is a lot of variety and choices. There is a 12.99 combo that I found very economical. It includes naan, rice a hefty Samosa and your choice of a dish. Everything tastes so fresh. You can taste all the spices. Everything is made with love. I will be here again and again and again. Cant wait to try new dishes!

I had an excellent experience at Nayab in the Medwood Mall food court! The food is truly delicious authentic Indian cuisine with rich flavors, fresh ingredients, and generous portions. Everything tasted homemade and full of warmth.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the service was quick even during busy hours. It’s a great spot if you’re craving flavorful Indian dishes in Reno. Highly recommended!
