Paris Baguette really stands out with its beautiful display case — everything looks so inviting and fresh. There is a wide variety of pastries to choose from, and the ones I tried were truly tasty, light, and flavorful. It’s a great spot if you want to enjoy a nice selection of baked goods in a cozy atmosphere.
The only downside for me was the coffee. Compared to how impressive the pastries were, the coffee felt a bit underwhelming — I’d rate it about a 3/5. Still, if you’re a pastry lover, this place is definitely worth a visit, and pairing the desserts with their coffee is still a pleasant experience overall.

Very bad shopping experience! No customer service and the female owner in Brea store has an attitude and refuses selling items to customers. The fruits on their cakes are dry and not fresh too.
Go to 85C Bakery Cafe in Brea. They have more varieties of cakes, pastries and drinks. Large store and friendly environment. Their cakes are fresh and most importantly their cake prices are $10 less. 100% customer satisfaction in 85C Bakery.

This is a super super cute spot! Cake prices are fairly reasonable. We ordered the soft strawberry shortcake for my mama’s birthday. The cake prices included a happy birthday sign and candles. The staff are very friendly… one of the girls gave my 1 year old sticker I told my husband to bring me back for a coffee ☕️ and cake date!

Very nice place to get baked goods and cakes. The baked goods were delicious they had a great donut and croissant selection. The cake was good and looks great just wasn’t the best as far as flavor goes. The service here was good very friendly and helpful staff. I really liked this place. They do discounted baked goods at the end of the night so come in if you want to grab some of the baked goods that are left at the end of the day for a great price. I’d recommend coming here.

The Strawberry Soft Cream Cake slice tasted as good as it looked! Not too sweet. The tiny chocolate sign had a great snap and very chocolatey. The strawberries were firm. The cake was light and spongy. I like frosting that’s not too sweet. It was delicious!

The cakes in Brea store are not fresh. Strawberries inside their cakes are soggy. No customer service and bad attitude to customers.
Go to Fullerton store. They have better cakes and good customer service.

Pastries and coffee are great but customer service is horrible. On the morning of 11/22 at the Brea location, I ordered some pastries and a hot coffee. They gave me an iced. Coffee, which was no big deal. I politely mentioned that I ordered a hot one. One staff member scowled, didn’t say anything, and took it away. The other staff member then told me they would make a new one but said I had ordered an iced coffee.
The entire experience was very unwelcoming and I won’t be going back.

The hasbrown bread is our family’s favorite. But the customer service is terrible. The cashiers seem miserable. No smiles, annoyed when I ask for my food to be heated and they always give me my ice tea almost half empty because I ask for no ice. Idk why they are so upset. But the service has tanked over the past year.
