I’ve been a loyal fan for years, but wow — prices up, portions down, and the quality’s just not the same. My bowl had barely any meat, and when I asked about it, I was told to pay extra. Seriously?
I used to rave about Moe’s to everyone. I’d love to keep doing that, but please bring back the generous portions and flavor that made Moe’s awesome in the first place.

First time here. . . Very clean and modern restaurant. The staff were friendly and engaging. The food was made to order, fresh and delicious. The queso was awesome! The portions were very large and filling. Would definitely recommend and will go back!!

I ordered through Uber Eats and got a quarter filled quesadilla, a half filled quesadilla (that i ordered extra meat on), and a salad that barely fills the bowl with no meat. This is unacceptable.

Since I travel a lot, I spend a fair amount of time in hotels, and I rely on DoorDash. The past few times I’ve ordered from this particular establishment. It’s been a total fail. Especially look forward to the chips and salsa, which I know is a freebie, but I look forward to it since I’m not dining out. Not even or barely half of container of salsa. Aside from that just the meat choice consistently wrong.

Not as good as Chipotle used to be, but way better than Chipotle is now…Food is pretty good, but service is often subpar and slow which is particularly annoying since they also ask you to tip.

Had an online order, this was my “bowl.” Not a single bite taken out of this or anything. This is genuinely what they thought was acceptable to serve.

Asked for the organic tofu as listed on wall menu. Server said they never have organic tofu. Why do they give you chips one day but not another when same item was ordered? Servers did not seem very happy.

I can understand making a mistake, but this is the third time in a row that I have placed an online order that was prepared incorrectly. Ordered a salad today on my lunch break with no mushrooms, and the first fork full I took had two mushrooms in it. Called to store, and I was put on hold for about five minutes before finally getting to speak to the male manager who was EXTREMELY rude (the place was empty when the order was picked up). Was offered a refund, but I was also left with no lunch because I was unable to leave work again to pick up a replacement. Very poor management, would rather drive the extra few minutes and go to Chipolte.
